Haus Schiestl - apartments ideally located in the middle of the Zillertal

WELCOME to our family run house Schiestl, located on the outskirts of the recreation village Aschau in the Zillertal, in which we rent 2 APARTMENTS.

We not only score points due to our central location in the middle of the Zillertal, our house has a lot to offer for both summer and winter: ski bus connection to the ski areas ZILLERTAL ARENA (about 3 km) and SKI OPTIMAL HOCHFÜGEN / HOCHZILLERTAL (about 3, 5 km) directly in front of our door, direct location on Zillertal bike path as well as hiking trails or good traffic connection through the Zillertalbahn - approx. 600 m, resp. Bus stop in about 1500 m distance.

And do not forget: ski or wheel room, parking, ski boot dryer, bread service, W-Lan (for free), hand and bath towels and bed linen available.

Our cosily furnished APARTMENT TOP 2 is located on the 2nd Floor.
TOP 2 (55 m²) can accommodate 2-5 people. The facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 double and 1 triple (cot and high chair if required), shower / WC (hair dryer), balcony, flat screen TV with satellite channels and radio. It is on the same floor still an apartment Top 1.

Sehr nette Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Eine schöne Wohnung für max. 5 Personen, die wir zu dritt bequem bewohnt haben. Komplett ausgestattet in zentraler Lage im Zillertal mit Skibushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin im selben Haus und immer verfügbar bei allen Fragen. Inkl. Brötchenservice, Skischuh-Raum und Ski-Abstellraum. Wärmstens weiter zu empfehlen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Mein Mann und ich waren eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung TOP 2 mit Balkon. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastmutter war sehr freundlich und die Wohnung blitzeblank und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Das ein oder andere Auto hört man nachts, gestört haben dabei nur die wenigen Raser. Das war aber über die gesamte Woche gut auszuhalten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall mit unserem Nachwuchs wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Fijn apartement

We hebben een super mooie week gehad in het mooie Zillertal. Het apartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke bedden, goede keuken en fijne badkamer. Een klein nadeel vinden we de drukke weg. Maar dat was bekend. Voor de rest top!

Die hochwertig und modern ausgestattete FeWo liegt zentral im Zillertal.Es ist ein gemütliches Domizil mit sehr netten Vermietern,die einem durch ihre wertvollen Ausflugstips den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestalten helfen.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und das Wetter war einfach nur perfekt.Absolut empfehlenswert!

Uitstekend appartement!

We waren hier voor de 2e keer. We hebben opnieuw een ontzettend leuke vakantie gehad. Het Zillertal is sowieso super en het skigebied is fantastisch! Het vakantieverblijf is goed uitgerust, erg schoon, ligt lekker centraal en de gastvrouw is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Het huis ligt aan een wat drukkere weg en de spoorlijn maar dat hebben we niet als vervelend ervaren. Kortom: zeer aan te bevelen!

Kraaknet appartement

Superlieve gastvrouw die zorgt voor een kraaknet appartement. Ik vond enkel de weg heel storend 's nachts. We sliepen met het venster open en er is toch wel wat verkeer. Ook de buurman die boer is, begon vroeg met lawaai maken. Vanaf 6u hoor je de trein passeren. Onze kinderen hadden er dan weer geen last van, ze sliepen daar gewoon doorheen. Nog een minpuntje van de ligging was dat het appartement tegen een rostwand ligt en heel weinig zon ziet.

Perfektes Unterkunft mitten ins Zillertal

Wirklich der beste Unterkunft ins Zillertal. Zentral, sauber, Bushaltestelle vor die Türe, genug Platz, modernen Küche und selbst noch ein Radio/ Bluetooth speaker! Brigitte ist sehr freundlich und behilflich. Einiges Nachteil der Wohnung war das Fehlen einen Lichtdämpfer ins Wohnzimmer. Das Licht war sehr intens Abends. Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder!

Tolle, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich, ruhig und super ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so zum Kochen bzw. zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Die Lage ist ideal als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für einen Wanderurlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Wonderful ski holiday!

We had a fantastic holiday in the beautiful Zillertal! The house of the Schiestl family is located a few kilometers from the slopes. The house is very well equipped and clean. A great stay. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The bread service is also recommended. We look back on a wonderful ski holiday!

Alles perfekt - bis auf die Straße und Schienen vor der Haustür

Wir waren in Top 2. Das Einzige, was verbessert werden müsste, ist die Situation mit der Straße und den Bahnschienen vor dem Haus. Die Züge und Autos verursachen einen enormen Krach, man müsste wohl in bessere Lärmschutztüren zum Balkon hinaus investieren... Ansonsten war ALLES top! Sehr sauber und neuwertige Ausstattung, gemütliche Küche, bequeme Betten, sauberes Bad, sehr nettes Vermieter Ehepaar.

Keurig ruim appartement

Het appartement is keurig, ruim en voorzien van alle benodigde spullen en keuken gerei. De badkamer is netjes en schoon. De zithoek is erg prettig. Het bed is ruim en heeft goede matrassen. We hebben hier heerlijk op geslapen. Er ontbreekt alleen een hor bij een raam in de slaapkamer en is het hierdoor erg warm in de slaapkamer. De locatie is iets buiten het centrum, maar dat was bekend tijdens het boeken en voor ons prima.

Tolle Lage in der Mitte des Zillertals

Wir hatten eine tolle Skiwoche im Zillertal. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt in der Mitte der drei großen Skigebiete. Zu den Talstationen in Kaltenbach, Zell und Mayrhofen waren es max. 10 min mit dem Auto, so dass wir die freie Wahl hatten und alle Skigebiete getestet haben. Brigitte Schiestl war sehr zuvorkommend und die Wohnung ließ für uns keine Wünsche übrig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Wohnung mit praktischer Skigebietsanbindung

Wir hatten als Großfamilie beide im Haus verfügbaren Wohnungen (auf einer Etage) gemietet. Alles tip-top, sauber, nett eingerichtet und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Ideale Anbindung an 2 Skigebiete mit Skibushaltestelle direkt vor der Türe. Lage des Hauses an alter Landstrasse und Bahnlinie hat für den Skiurlaub nicht wirklich gestört. Fahren nächstes Jahr wieder hin.
