This means you don't have to drive to a crowded parking lot to board a shuttle with lots of other people or wait for it outside in the cold. With access to community amenities, including a fitness center, a heated outdoor pool, a game room, three outdoor hot tubs, and even a gondola that will deliver you to the base of the mountain, it has all the makings for an unforgettable mountainside vacation! Right next door to Trailhead Lodge, this condo gives you plenty of options, whether your interests lie in exploring the nearby slopes or relaxing at home. You will also be only a short drive from tennis courts, Hollywood movies at Wildhorse Stadium Cinemas, delicious restaurants, and the City Market shopping center.

When you enter this condo at First Tracks, there is a convenient area for hanging your coats, a bench for removing your shoes and boots, and plenty of cubby holes to store everyone's belongings off the floor. The full kitchen has everything you need to make a fabulous four-course meal for your family or a simple lunch before hitting the slopes in the morning. There is a large breakfast bar with seating and a wood dining table with additional seating. The living area includes leather sofas, a large HDTV, and a Blu-ray player. There is also a deck with a sitting area off the living room with great views of Steamboat Ski Resort. The main bedroom includes an attached bathroom and great views out each window!

If you need to check back in at the office while on vacation or research your next outdoor adventure in Steamboat, there is a small office workspace where you can set up your laptop and utilize the free WiFi. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids. Off the hallway, you'll find a washer/dryer.

This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Elevators are not available.
The Wildhorse Amenity Area, which includes the fitness and game rooms, is open from 10 AM to 10 PM on a first come, first serve basis.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
