## Space

Live to the rhythm of the Opera, discover our fully renovated luxury apartments located on Rue Joseph Serlin, on the 3rd floor of a secured building. The apartments are just a 1-minute walk from the metro and bus stop Hôtel de Ville, putting you at the heart of the city. Stroll through Place des Terreaux, visit the Museum of Contemporary Art, explore the book market at Quai Pêcherie, and admire the Fresque des Lyonnais...

Each apartment is named after a famous singer. Stay in the Ella Fitzgerald apartment, which will charm you with its comfort, elegant décor, and its sleeping capacity for 4 people.

A beautiful and bright living area with two large windows; the living room is tastefully furnished with a high ceiling, a sofa that converts into a double bed (140x200cm), a small rattan bench, storage shelves, and a coffee table. The windows are equipped with blackout curtains.

The apartment is equipped with a television and internet access to stay connected.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a microwave, electric stove, a small refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils. You will also find a dining space with high stools for meals with family or friends.

The mezzanine bedroom area has a comfortable double bed (160x190cm), a chair, and a storage chest. (Height on the mezzanine is 1.60m, height under the mezzanine is 2m)

The modern shower room is equipped with a beautiful shower, a sink with storage, a mirror, a towel warmer, and a hairdryer. The toilet is located within the shower room.

You will also have access to an iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, and vacuum cleaner.

A TV is available with Netflix, Molotov where you can find major channels such as TF1, France 2, etc.

IMPORTANT: The building’s elevator is not accessible as it does not serve the apartment's floor.

Linen and Basic Products
Upon your arrival, you will find linen and basic products in the apartment.

Regarding linen:

The bed will be made according to the number of people stated in the reservation.
1 bath towel per person per stay (if you need more, please bring your own).
1 dish towel, 1 bath mat.

Take bus C3 towards Gare Saint Paul and get off at the Hôtel de Ville stop. The apartment is 1 minute away on foot.

To get from St Exupéry Airport to the apartment:
Take the Rhône Express towards Gare de Part-Dieu and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin la Soie. Then, take Metro A towards Perrache and get off at Hôtel de Ville. The apartment is 1 minute away on foot.
