Family and friends can enjoy the living room and sitting area while dinner is being prepared then everyone can sit down and enjoy a meal together at the dining table which accommodates eight. There is a first floor master bedroom with a king size bed, private en suite and access to the screened in porch. The master en suite has two sinks and a walk in shower. There is also a hall way bathroom on the 1st floor with a single sink and walk in shower. 

Head on up the stairs where you will find the second guest bedroom with a king size bed. The last guest bedroom is for the kids with two twin over twin bunk beds - sleeping four. Both guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a single sink and walk in shower. 

Enjoy the front porch, side screened in porch or the paved patio out back! This home is cozy and comfortable and nestled between the two community pools. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach access and close to everything you will need on your 30A Escape! It is located right next to Watercolor and Seaside with lots of shopping and restaurants! Enjoy riding bikes through the community, or take a walk on the walking paths throughout 30A.
