Located on the 4th floor without elevator, it includes:
- a room with a double bed;
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a lounge to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is located close to public transport.
You will find nice and quality merchants on Rue Desnouettes.

There are also many restaurants in the area.
Here is my favorite: the Insubordinate 50 m from the building (very excellent).

Places of interest to visit:
- the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center, 300 m from the accommodation;
- the Georges Brassens Park, 10 minutes on foot;
- the Bourdelle Museum 20 minutes by subway;
- the Eiffel Tower 30 minutes away; and many more...

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively neighbourhood. It allows access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Place du Trocadéro, École Militaire), and is also not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops like the Rue du Commerce. It's good because of its relaxed atmosphere and security.

Line 8: Lourmel Station: 12 minutes on foot.

Line 39: Station Hameau: at the foot of the accommodation.
Line 80: Duranton Station: 4 minutes walk.
