The flat is in a great location right IN New Orleans. We easily walked to the Friench Quarter, the river front, the outlet stores, we even walked to Frenchmen Street (that was a little far but definitely doable.
The flat was clean and well equipped. There were only 2 of us, but we could have easily fit 2 - 4 more although the living and sleeping areas are all open to each other so if you need separate rooms for privacy this does not offer that.
The weather wasn't great but I still got to do one morning with coffee on the balcony and it was awesome. The street below is busy and the breakfast brunch place next door is Very busy all morning. . .so good people watching if that is your thing.
Even though it is right in the middle of New Orleans the thick drapes provided plenty of coverage for blocking out the city lights at night.
The only downside we experienced is that the walls are a bit thin, so there were a few times that we could hear people talking in the next flat.
Overall I was highly impressed with the accommodations and location. If I ever find myself headed to N.O. again I will definitely be looking to book this First.
