What better way to slip into relaxation mode than treating the whole family to a quiet getaway right outside the hustle and bustle of Orlando and famous amusement parks? When you're not making a day of it at the various high-profile attractions nearby, try a mellow walk through a local park or bring your clubs and hit the fairway at a golf course. Before returning, fill up at one of the area's many restaurants or have a refreshing drink at a winery.

Though each day can be filled with endless excitement nearby, spending time at your home base will be a blast with the private pool and lanai. Head inside as the sun goes down and take advantage of the central air-conditioning to cool off as the group's chef prepares a tasty meal in the full kitchen. The living room will be the place to kick back each night with a sleeper sofa and a TV to stream your favorite movies with ease. The chair in the kids' room also pulls out into a bed. Not to mention, the single-level layout allows for easy access to all the bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The entire experience was top notch. You can tell from all of the detail that the owners are putting into this home that they are really proud to share this home away from home with their guests. The location is so close to everything. The neighborhood is so pretty and quiet. The house updates reflect the care and maintenance going into this home. Would highly recommend this place to all. Horrible— do not stay here!

This place is horrible— stay away!! When we walked in to the property, we were immediately hit with a strong smell of weed and smoke. Within 2 minutes of being there, it was obvious to us that other than the sheets possibly being changed on the beds, NOTHING had been cleaned. There was sticky, red liquid on every surface which was obvious given that many of the tables were glass. This red liquid was also on the door and certain places on the floor. The floors were filthy— they had not been vacuumed or washed, probably in months or even longer, so there was hair and pieces of debris all around. After my kids walked around on the floor for 5 minutes barefoot, their feet were completely black. Disgusting! My brother also found him on his headboard. The uncleaned house lead to us having to purchase our own cleaning supplies and having to clean on our first night. What a great vacation. Many things in the house were broken as well: the disposal didn’t work, neither of the bedroom TVs would turn on, either because there wasn’t a remote or the remote didn’t have batteries. The air hockey table had no air and the leg of the pool table was broken. There were also NO beach towels so you had to use your bath towel out by the pool. Customer service is also horrendous. It took 3 days of contacting the company (including numerous calls, emails and texts) to get any type of response. Someone would answer the phone and say “I’ll pass along your message and you should hear back soon” which was in accurate. We asked to be credited back the $500 service fee since there was zero service and we stayed in a filthy home. They refused to do this and said they would only credit us back $125 for the cleaning fee. Our response, which we think is completely fair, was that we’d be disputing the charges with VISA if they didn’t agree to the $500. Later that day we got a call that they agreed to the $500+ cleaning fee. Let’s see if I get it in a timely manner. I will update my post after that. The only area we felt comfortable was the pool. It seemed clean to us and that was confirmed when the pool guy came by for what seemed like regular maintenance. Next Disney trip we will be spending more money to either stay at one of the hotels or renting a privately owned home. We will never again do a company like Vacasa. You definitely get what you pay for and in this case, you get much less than that.

Great home

I loved this little house so much! It was perfect! My dad is in a wheelchair and although the property is not per se handicapped equipped we were able to maneuver and work with the property fine. My only suggestion is for the cleaning crew the house was dirty so my sister and I went and bought cleaning supplies and did a thorough cleaning with the exception of the ceiling fans (we went with the cold front so no need for the fans plus didn’t want to buy anymore stuff). There was a fireplace in the living room that heats and was perfect because the AC was limited and at night time it was freezing due to the cold front. We fixed the pool table as well and washed towels… the blenders were broken. In no way do I feel this is the owners fault I’m sure it’s guest who don’t take care of things and they are probably not there to monitor the cleanliness. Upon arrival I wrote to Vacasa and let them know about this in addition to a door and walls being stained. I highly recommend the property I just bring up the cleanliness items because I’m noticing more more with rental properties that owners trust someone to do this and it’s not being done properly.

Not a great stay!!!

We stayed from August 5th until December 10th 2022. The house seemed cleaned when we first got there at first glance but after we looked around we did notice that the house wasn’t that cleaned. We had roaches (German roaches) in the kitchen. When I contacted the property manager she was rude and very difficult to work with about everything. She told me that I was living in Florida and to deal with the roaches. I was NOT going to deal with roaches! I have stayed in Florida before and have never had to “deal” with roaches. Also our pool was green for the first week. I called the property manager and once again was very rude. I had to buy a vacuum for the four months and also cleaning supplies which I think that they should have provided. We also had a hurricane during our stay and was not notified what we should do in case of an emergency or evacuation... It was a very disappointing stay especially since we spent a lot of money to be there for 4 months. I will not stay in this house again!!!

Very Clean property. House keeping was excellent.

Everything was perfect until the bottom door knob below the electronic was locked. Vacasa did not have a combination to the lock on the was to open the door. Me and my family sat in our rental vehicle in the driveway from 9:30pm until 2am. We finally helped ourselves, after buying tools from Walgreens and CVS. A bright spot was Christina Bryant. She stayed with us, and tried to help us all the way until the end. Management was busy sleeping in the own beds,unconcerned about us. It was obvious.

The house was more than we expected. Will definitely come back next year and stay one month. The house was so well organized and had all the essentials you would need for a week. Pool was nice too. It was so very close to all grocery stores and shops. We truly loved it 🥰 thanks so very much for an awesome getaway.
