Pony Up on Carleton is a hidden gem, located just a few blocks from Historic Downtown Prescott. This two bedroom, one bathroom home offers modern day amenities with a funky, western décor and a nod to mountain bikers alike. The home features faux wood floors, comfortable beds and ceiling fans. Pony Up at Carleton provides a unique stay for guests wishing to explore Prescott and the surrounding areas.
Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Listen to the rustling of the pine trees as you relax on the lovely deck, Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square. Bring your chairs or blanket, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Numerous one-of-a-kind restaurants and coffee shops downtown offer culinary delights for everyone from carnivores to vegans and to those who are gluten free.
Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 2-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is 1 1/2 hours away, Jerome is 1 hour and Flagstaff 2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 25 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!
INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: A perfect gathering place to read or cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This space offers a sofa, chairs, board games and Smart Tv for streaming access. Guests can even enjoy a game of Texas Hold Em’ with the table top poker mat. There is a twin size air mattress available for extra guests.
Kitchen: For guests wanting to dine in, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Enjoy a glass of wine, a pint of beer or prepare your favorite coffee blend using the regular coffee maker or the french press. Appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven/stove, toaster and blender. The dining area seats six guests.
Bathroom 1 : Located in the hall, this bathroom includes a full size shower and tub combo with a single sink vanity. The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush holder and blow dryer.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a Queen sized bed, bed side tables with usb charging station lamps and a dresser. The closet space includes hangers and a luggage rack for your convenience.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a King size bed, bedside tables with usb charging station lamps, a sitting chair and dresser. The large closet space includes hangers and a luggage rack for your convenience.
Laundry: The laundry room is accessible through the carport with the provided keys. Amenities are available for guest use. An ironing board, iron and laundry bag are located inside the home.
OUTSIDE
Pony Up on Carleton provides a patio with privacy fence, seating and a bistro table for guests to enjoy the Arizona weather or cook dinner with the electric grill provided.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $115 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.
Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.
PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.
Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.
Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.

• Please take out your trash before you leave.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
