This King Bed w/Adjustable Base Master with ocean view and Small Bedroom (was bunk room) with double Bed with adjustable base, and Queen sofa pullout is on the beach on the 28th floor penthouse level ceiling height with gulf-front balcony across living room and master bedroom. Paid seasonal beach chair setup for 2 chairs and umbrella at the resort is included. Recently updated furniture. Resort features gulf beach access, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, 2 indoor jacuzzis, 2 outdoor jacuzzis; gym, indoor sauna, steam room game-room, restaurant "Waves", pool-side Tiki Bar, and convenience store serving ice cream and Starbucks coffee.

Wonderful condo, wonderful location!

The condo is exactly as described with amazing views of the water! Really appreciated how well stocked everything was; plenty of linens, all you need to do laundry, kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils you could need. Appreciated that the pantry also had basic condiments (salt, pepper, spices, coffee filters, etc) so we didn't have to buy all those items just to throw them away when we left. Owner provided meticulous details of accessing the various areas; parking, storage locker, unit, pool, etc. If we are ever coming to the area in the future this will definitely be where we stay!

Beautiful, Relaxing vacation

The condo was very nice. The view was outstanding. We enjoyed the beach and found awesome shells. We walked to Pier Park where we shopped and enjoyed a couple of restaurants as well as walked the Pier. From our balcony we were able to see dolphins and pretty sunsets. It was a great vacation!

This is a beautiful condo. Very clean, comfortable and stocked with amenities for your stay. Great view of the beach and convenient location. We will definitely look for this condo again on our next trip to PCB.

I didn't want to leave

This condo is amazing. The view, the peace and quiet, the fireplaces, the comfy bed, all of the comforts of home and yet we were on vacation! Great location, easy access, truly private and safe. Condo was immaculate. Lois was such a lovely host. Very attentive and took such good care of us. We will be back. Thank you for this beautiful memory Lois!

Excellent Host

This host was informative, kind, and thorough. We had all the information we needed well ahead of time. She has her own luggage cart that you can take into the room (the buildings luggage carts do not fit inside) and this was a HUGE plus for our family. This unit is directly across from an elevator which is convenient. Unfortunately, during this stay some of the elevators did not work, and that was rough, but to no fault of the host or unit. They were working again before we left. The unit is well stocked with all practical items. I loved that it at a coffee pot and a Keurig, it didn’t matter what coffee I brought I was covered! I loved that the decor was classy and subtle and not overstimulating. I also loved that there was not breakable things throughout the entire unit, since we were traveling with kids. We will gladly book with this host in the future.

Loved this condo!

This condo is exactly as pictured. It had everything and anything we could possibly need. The condo complex, itself, had an electrical issue, just before we got there. Lois, the owner of the condo, let us know immediately. This issue affected the elevators, and made for some long wait times.However, Lois is the BEST owner we have ever rented from, and we use VRBO several times a year. The elevator issue is the ONLY reason I would not rate this 5 stars. Lois does get 5 stars! She is excellent at comminication. Our trip was scheduled just a few days after Helene was upposed to hit. Lois went above, and beyond, keeping us informed, offering solutions, and even sent us a direct link to the Tidewater beach cams, so we could watch the weather for ourselves. I have never had an owner make me feel so welcomed and actually cared about. I simply cannot praise her, and this beautiful condo, with absolutely stunning views, enough!! I will seek her out, to rent from her, again. The condo is in an excellent location, and has so many things to offer. We would 100% stay here again!!

Great Vacation

This was the perfect place for us to stay for our short vacation to PCB. The unit was very clean and has the most amazing view from the 28th floor. Lois was a great host. She was very responsive and provided all the information we would need prior to our trip to make everything seamless when we arrived. The beach chairs and umbrella were easy to obtain and a luxury to have. Would highly recommend staying here.

What a fantastic place!

First and foremost, everything you're reading about this place is true -- beautiful views, nicely furnished, extremely clean and Lois is a wonderful host. For us, everything went perfectly. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The unit was visibly well cared for, and the views were absolutely stunning! All the furniture was very comfortable, and there was even an adjustable king bed in the master suite! The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, and sharp knives as well as many other nice to haves (toaster, coffee maker, etc.). There was even a nice collection of spices, oils and vinegars. Throughout the unit, everything was well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels, wash cloths, laundry detergent, etc. There really wasn't anything missing. On a comparison scale, this rental was head and shoulders above any other vacation homes we've stayed in! Thank you, Lois, for sharing your condo with us!

Excellent stay-can’t brag enough

This was the cleanest condo we have ever had the privilege of renting! We were amazed at how clean the floor was…no sand at all on the floors! That’s almost impossible when staying on the beach. This condo had very modern appliances and comfortable beds. Lots of extras like a remote for the mattress and a sound machine. Nice big TV’s and great furniture on the balcony. Will definitely stay here again. Very quiet. Got lots of needed rest.

Wonderful beach condo

Lois was such a great host and was extremely helpful. The condo was extremely clean and very nice. We was worried about the elevators after reading some reviews but they were not bad at all. The longest wait time we had was about 5 minutes. Sitting out on the balcony we was able to see dolphins, stingrays, a manatee, and some sea turtles. It was truly a remarkable experience and we would truly love to come back and stay again.

Amazing vacation

This was one of the best condos I have ever stayed at. It was stocked with everything you might need and offered amazing views. Lois was wonderful with communicating everything you would need to check in and answering text messages. I seriously plan on using this condo again.

The perfect place!

We loved everything about this condo. The view was amazing to witness the beautiful sunsets from. The condo came with everything you would need for your stay. Plenty of towels and cookware. The pools and hot tubs were great. Having multiple pool options was great. None of them ever felt crowded. The location was perfect! Every place we wanted to go was on the same street as the condo. We can’t wait to stay here again

Tide Water 2812

My family of enjoyed staying at 2812 in July 2024. The pictures were accurate. The condo was very nice, clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Louis answered every call or text with questions promptly. The view was amazing, the 2 outdoor pools were clean and spacious. The elevators were a bit slowness but I hear they are working on that.

The property was exactly as pictured, clean, and in great condition. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need while there! The appliances appear new and the fireplaces are an incredible bonus! The view from the balcony was wonderful! The host responded to questions in just a couple of minutes and has put an enormous amount of effort into providing a comfortable and relaxing space for visitors.

PCB stay

The condo was excellent and Ms Lois the owner of the condo was awesome. The condo was very clean and I would recommend anyone going to PCB to stay at this condo. Beautiful views of the ocean. The elevators at the property were very very slow and congested. The overall rating is due to elevators.

Great unit with beautiful view!

The unit was very clean and the view was beautiful from the 28th floor. Everything was well situated inside the unit as well. The best advice I would give an incoming visitor is to not check in at the 4:00 allowed time. I would wait unit 6:00 to check in. This is a large building so at 4:00, the elevator wait will be at least 30 minutes long. If you can have a little patience when it comes to the elevator, you will be fine. Other than that, we really enjoyed out stay.

Why they chose this property

This property has views forever and ever... you will enjoy the most beautiful sunsets year round from the balcony of 2812! The unit has had a nice face lift with lots of new decor and new HVAC and Hot Water Heater so that my guests do not have to worry about having a mechanical problem during their stay. I use a professional cleaning company and all linen in the unit is washed after each stay. I take pride in offering a top notch unit for my guest to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Being on the 28th floor provides endless views of the beach, shoreline, and beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. The glass windows and sliding doors are the height of Penthouse level and create breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom. The expansive balcony stretches the length of the living room and master bedroom and you will have access to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom. There is new poly-wood outdoor furniture on the balcony so that you an sit and take in the beauty you came for!! This unit has all the Kitchen gadgets need to prepare a wonderful meal and a new King mattress for sleeping in comfort. The unit is tucked back away from the main hall so that you are able to get the best privacy avilable at Tidewater. New HVAC and Hot Water Heater provides a decrease in the chances you will have some sort of mechanical inconvenience. Come, Enjoy and Relax at the Beach in this Great Unit!!
