Beautiful two bedroom condo fully furnished to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Convenient ground floor unit with 10' ceilings in the living area. Patio is nestled in lush landscaping and views 11,000 sq-ft lagoon pool with waterfalls, bridges and palm trees. Enter patio from master bedroom or living room. Two private baths. One with walk in shower and one with deep tub and shower. Enjoy free cable and internet. Flat-screen TVs are located in the living area and in each bedroom. Kitchen is fully furnished and includes dishwasher, stove, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and master bath. One set of towels and bedding furnished with each stay. Unit has it's own washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi.

The Palms Resort and Convention Center
The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2+ acre lushly landscaped pool area featuring Destin's largest pool. The 11,000 sq-ft walk in lagoon pool has waterfalls, bridges and many palm trees.There's also an outdoor heated pool for the colder months as well as a 25 person hot tub and a children's splash pool with mushroom fountain and dancing waters. The Palms has its own bar, restaurant, and coffee shop. Enjoy indoor elegant dining or covered outside casual dining. The Palms also has a spacious fitness center featuring an abundance of Life Fitness cardio machines including ellipticals, treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system. It also features weight machines. The Palms also has tennis, basketball, pickle-ball courts and a nice children's playground. Complementary equipment and balls are located at the service desk.

Shuttle Service
The Palms has a seasonal complimentary air-conditioned shuttle service that will take you directly to June Decker and Henderson State Park beaches. The drivers are super friendly and are great resources for local knowledge of where to eat, shop etc. The shuttle also provides complimentary travel to the Harborwalk Village and the Destin Commons Shopping Center. The shuttle is seasonal and times will vary, but it normally picks up each hour from about 9AM to 4PM. Check for availability and times.

Check-in and Check-out Times-We'll work with you
Normal check-in time is 4:00 PM. Late check-in is no problem. Just go to the main lobby which is open 24 hours a day. We will do our best to accommodate early check-in. It will depend on how soon we can get the room cleaned for you after our previous guest has left. Contact us before you arrive to confirm early check-in.
Normal check-out time is 10:00 AM. If our unit is not rented the next day, you can usually have a late afternoon check-out free of charge. It all depends on if we can get the room cleaned before our next guest arrives. We'll do our best to get it done for you. Contact us when you arrive to arrange late check-out.

Attractions:
The beaches of course! Complimentary air-conditioned 3 minute shuttle service (in season) to the white powder sands and emerald waters of June Decker and Henderson State Park Beaches. Drop off is near everyone's favorite beach restaurant, the Back Porch. Destin has some of the best deep sea fishing in the Gulf including tuna, grouper, mahi-mahi and many others. There are numerous charters available. Also enjoy glass bottom adventures and dolphin viewing cruises!!
Other nearby attractions are Big Kahuna’s Water Park and The Track amusement park. There are numerous golf courses available.
