This apartment is ideal for your family holiday or business stay.
The best of this accommodation are its **beautiful volumes** and **terrace** to fully enjoy the Cannois Sun.
**40m² apartment for up to 4 people**
• LIVING ROOM: Sofa bed (140x190), TV, air conditioning, opening onto the beautiful sunny terrace.
• SEMI-OPEN KITCHEN: Complete equipment (oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher) and a Breakfast Set (kettle, coffee machine, toaster), washing machine
⚠ Attention low passage of 1.70 meters in part of the kitchen
• BEDROOM 1: A Queensize bed (160x200) on the mezzanine, wardrobe
• BATHROOM: Shower, vanity with washbasin and toilet
• OUTDOOR SPACES: Terrace with a dining area and a bench seat for enjoy the terrace

• High-speed Wi-Fi, hair dryer
