The Rover is the ultimate resting spot for the adventurous traveller - located just STEPS from the Frisco Trail, across the street from the Mill District (home to some of Fayetteville's favorite restaurants), and only half a mile from the downtown entertainment district. This modern condo can accommodate 6 guests with 2 private bedrooms + a queen pullout sofa, 2 full bathrooms with showers + tubs, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a spacious, open-concept living room. TVs in every room!

Step into our cozy home away from home in the heart of SoFay (South Fayetteville)! The Rover is a 2-story condo with an open-concept floor plan. The downstairs area features a spacious living room with plush seating, a 70" Smart TV, and a queen-sized pullout sofa bed for added sleeping space. When you're not indulging in Fayetteville's awesome food scene, you'll be able to whip up your favorite dishes in our fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 4.

Upstairs, choose from either of our 2 private bedrooms. Our King Suite features a plush King-size bed, luxury linens and bedding, a 32" Smart TV, an en suite bathroom with a shower + tub, and a balcony with seating. Our Queen Suite features a cozy Queen-size bed with lush bedding, a 32" Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower + tub. We have a bonus sleeping space in our living room - our comfy sofa turns into a Queen pullout bed that sleeps 2 additional crew members.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties or guest’s actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
