Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, the studio includes:

You'll particularly appreciate its beautiful 9 m² terrace with a view of the Saint-Aunès hills, as well as a 6-seater breakfast table for relaxing.

## Emplacement
A commune of more than 17,000 inhabitants, Mauguio takes place in Occitanie, in the department of Hérault. It is located on the outskirts of Montpellier, on the banks of the Étang de l'Or, on the border of Aigues-Mortes. Its seaside resort, Carnon, offers a beautiful sea front overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Formerly called Melgueil, the town of Mauguio was an important county seat in the Middle Ages. Amputated from some of its quarters in the mid-19th century to create the town of Palavas-les-Flots, it is today an important tourist site in the region, particularly appreciated for its beaches.

At the gates of the Camargue, Mauguio still unveils today a modest architectural heritage, but above all beautiful landscapes that attract every year a large number of tourists who want to enjoy the calm of the Mediterranean Sea.
