You’ll be 5 minutes from Enloe Hospital & Chico State Campus. Quick access to 99 via East Ave or I-5 via Nord Highway as well as a bus stop. Protected bike path parallels the train tracks leading you to CSUC campus & downtown Chico.
Walking distance to Oak Way Park offering basketball courts, grassy open area, and children’s playground.
Neighborhood is very dog friendly, there are open fields and a grassy communal area just 2 blocks away.
