Although there are year-round residents, Bella Vista on the Park is the only community at the beach in Jupiter with 3 bedrooms that allow short-term vacation rentals. Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping make it a prime and highly desirable location for year-round residents and visitors. Bella Vista on The Park also has a host of amenities including a heated olympic size pool with longing deck and cabana along with racquetball court, two tennis courts and more. Perfect location!

Our family had a wonderful stay. We love walking the beach and the parks. The property is close to everything with room for our family. We will be back!

Great Spot for Spring Break

Great location in Jupiter for Spring Break. Short walk to the beach and great restaurants just a short drive away. The place was as described, newly updated and very clean. Plenty of room for the two of us and our three teenage boys. Communication was excellent with the owners. We had a minor AC issue but it was taken care of in a matter of hours. We will stay there again.

Wonderful open space with plenty of room and awesome location!

Would definitely return to this unit as the owners are in the process of continuing their renovations. They were responsive to all texts and calls as we had some confusion trying to get in the locked door system, but we eventually figured it out. Thanks for letting us stay while here ! Really appreciate it. Kelly
