Beach Home - Game Room - Private Pool - 5 min walk to beaches - Pet friendly

The BlueSky Beach House is perfectly located on Pensacola Beach near both the Gulf and Sound beaches (about 5-10 minute walk to both). Accommodating up to 8 guests (and your pets) with 3 bedrooms (queen, queen and two twins and a pull-out couch in the living room) and 2 full baths.

The downstairs game room has a ping pong table, arcade game, and lounging area with bean bags and a Roku television. We have a super fast Internet connection (1 gigabyte download) and a streaming Roku television in each bedroom and the living room.

The main attraction in the back yard is a private heated pool (heated for up to 6 hours a day with no extra charge) surrounded by pavers. The rest of the back yard is covered in sand and has a firepit with 4 one-person hammock swings and 3 wooden swings. Come and enjoy Pensacola Beach at BlueSky Beach Cottage!

We DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE or ask you to do any crazy chores.

We also own and rent the yellow house next door at 1200 Panferio Drive (VRBO 9459180) if you need more space!

Enjoyable spring break with family

Rob is an amazing host, always available and responsive, makes sure your stay is comfortable and responds very promptly to any requests or concerns. Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay! There were 4 adults and 3 children. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The pool was perfect. The house came with all the extras needed for a day at the beach, including beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and wagons! The house was clean. Robert was a great host, being very responsive to questions and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is a very short walk to the beach, that was even easy enough for my 4 year old boys, which was great! The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to maybe have a twin bed added downstairs. The sofa bed has a very, very thin mattress that is too uncomfortable to sleep on. I would recommend this home to other families looking to visit Pensacola!

This house was perfect getaway for us to spend our week at. The backyard is paradise. Very well equipped with everything you need. Both queen beds are pretty tall so you may need a stool if youre short like me. Highly recommend! Owner communicates well and answers quickly!

The perfect vacation

This home if the perfect place for a family vacation! It's a short 5 minute walk to the ocean. Right across the street has a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset! Rob was a perfect host! He responds quickly and efficiently. The pool area was out favorite! It's a very large area and our dogs enjoyed running around the yard! This was a perfect vacation! Thank you, Rob!

Great property, easy walk to the beach. House was cleaned, had towels, toys for the pool, and most convenient a push cart to take items to and from the beach. They even has beach chairs for us to use. We vacation to Pensacola every year, and this was the Best house, and property we have ever stayed at. In addition, we had a small issue with the A/c one afternoon. And it was fixed within an hour or so. The owner was great to deal with, and truely cared about our experience! 5 Stars!

Wonderful property! We were so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. There were so many added amenities like the use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. It was nice not having to pack and travel with those. We will definitely be planning another stay here!

Fantastic beach oasis!

This was our 3rd consecutive year vacationing to Pensacola Beach and 3rd house we’ve tried out. I believe we’ve found the place we will repeatedly come back to! Perfect Beach House!

Rob's house was ideal for our stay in Pensacola Beach. It was clean, nicely updated and well equipped for guests. We all really enjoyed the pool and the landscaped yard. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. We appreciated the well equpped kitchen and things like usb charging points around the house. The beach (just a 5 minute walk) is spectacular. My family and I were visiting our eldest son who is stationed in Pensicola Fl. We chose this house because it had a swimming pool and it was pet friendly. All of the reviews were raving and we felt that our selection had been made for us. Arriving to the house was easy. Getting in was even easier. Instructions were simple and made available days before we even left our home state. The house was exactly as it was described. My dog instantly fell in love with the back yard. The owner answered text messages the entire trip. We were never left without an answer to our questions. I see why they have a five star review. I recommend this home to anyone.

Beautiful getaway

This was the perfect place for our family getaway. We had three children (3-5 years) and 4 adults. Easy walk to the beach, back yard was a huge hit with everyone between the heated pool and sand and swings. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our time here.

Amazing piece of paradise

We LOVED our trip to Pensacola! Check in was a breeze, our dogs absolutely loved the yard and our kids had so much fun in the pool! Despite it being quite chilly outside, the pool was heated enough for us to get in and enjoy some water time! The house was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We were there with our 3 kids (5,2 and 1) and the house was very kid friendly and toddler safe! We will definitely be back sometime!
