The primary bathroom features a luxurious soaking tub and separate shower stall, while the hall bathroom located on the other side of the home near the additional three bedrooms offers a tub and shower combo. There is a third bathroom near the kitchen which offers a shower. We provide freshly laundered towels and washcloths for each guest. In addition to the basics, you'll find:

Regarding pets, please mark your reservation accurately for the number of pets or let us know you plan to bring them. Pet fees are $145 flat for up to three pets. We will charge the card on file or request through your booking platform. Those fees will be processed by Distinguished Stays and must be collected before check-in. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 10 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.

Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled pool and landscape maintenance weekly.

Even with our regular pest management services, it's possible you may encounter wildlife and other creatures at this property, including fire ants, scorpions, wasps, and snakes. Enjoy but be careful and stay on our property at your own risk.
