Colony Reef Tennis Villas 18C corner unit is ready for your vacation! This townhouse style unit is a short walk to the heated indoor pool, tennis courts and the beach. The unit is 2nd floor entry with spacious kitchen area and a balcony with view of the ocean off the living area. The condo offers a King bed in the master with adjoining shower tub combo and a full bed plus a twin bed in the second bedroom with shower in the guest bathroom. Flat screen tvs in the living and master bedroom with secure wifi. Cooler, tennis rackets, beach towels, blue tooth speaker, washer/dryer, electric grill on the deck for guests available. This complex boasts 2 pools (one heated), tennis courts, a poolside Jacuzzi, fitness center, BBQ area, and a beach access walkway. Bring your boat, rv, and bikes as the complex has bike racks and parking available for additional charge. Great place and location

My family and I came into town for the Night of Lights in St. Augustine. This quaint condo is perfectly situated about 18 minutes away from the noise and crowds which was great to come home to a quiet and serene area. The facilities are great and you’re a walk away from the beach! Highly recommend!

Singing frogs

It was a beautiful property and easy walk to pool and beach. We did have some issues such as the shower pan in the second bathroom was cracked. It would leak to kitchen downstairs thru can light so we could not use the bathroom. The plumber came to see if he could fix it but had to wait until we checked out. Dishwasher was broken, upon arrival but the property management informed us of that problem right when we checked in. Other minor issues but the management was very good and quick to respond and try to fix what they could. All in all we enjoyed the condo even though there were issues. They did refund us half of our money which we were grateful for.

Nice beachside property

The property’s location and amenities are great. It has plenty of dishes to cook your own meals. Mattresses are a little outdated and too soft for our liking. There was a leak in the dishwasher, and the sink was clogged up. The property management response was prompt and everything was fixed the next day without any further issues. We didn’t use the dishwasher though at all. Overall it was a great stay, and if we are in the area we would stay again.

Quiet condo within walking distance of the beach

Condo was nice but a little rundown. The ac upstairs was very loud sounded like a plane taking off. But overall very nice with most everything we needed for a weeks stay.

Great getaway

The condo was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the nice extras like the beach toys, boogie boards and all the family games. The building was quiet and right next to the indoor pool.
