The unit is 2nd floor entry with spacious kitchen area and a balcony with view of the ocean off the living area. The condo offers a King bed in the master with adjoining shower tub combo and a full bed plus a twin bed in the second bedroom with shower in the guest bathroom. Flat screen tvs in the living and master bedroom with secure wifi. Cooler, tennis rackets, beach towels, blue tooth speaker, washer/dryer, electric grill on the deck for guests available. This complex boasts 2 pools (one heated), tennis courts, a poolside Jacuzzi, fitness center, BBQ area, and a beach access walkway. Bring your boat, rv, and bikes as the complex has bike racks and parking available for additional charge. Colony Reef Club is a gated community close to restaurants, the Pier, and downtown Old City - Colony Reef 18C this is the perfect getaway!
