Fully renovated stone cottage overlooking beautiful green pastures in the Little River Valley. Located just 5 miles from downtown Brevard, 3 miles to the entrance of Pisgah National Forest and 3 miles to Dupont State Forest. A spacious covered front porch offers the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. This tastefully decorated cottage with vaulted ceilings has one bedroom/one bath and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and coffee maker. The perfect place for a quite romantic weekend or as a base camp for accessing all of the outdoor adventures the area has to offer. Bikers welcome, wash station available. Please note we do not charge a cleaning fee or any additional fees.

Picture perfect

I was visiting the area for a couple days of mountain biking and hiking, and the accommodation was perfect for that. Conveniently located between DuPont and Pisgah as advertised, with enough space to be comfortable and a light and modern feel inside. The owner was friendly, informative about the local area, and was happy for my bike to be kept inside (with an area to wash it behind the cabin). Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Quiet and Relaxing

We feel lucky to have found this charming farm cottage. It is immaculately clean and well decorated. We enjoyed meeting the owner and learning the history of the farm. Our visits to Dupont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, and Brevard were just a few miles away. After a busy day, it was wonderful to relax on the porch and take in the view. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you for a great visit.

Best Mountain Stay Ever!

This little house is adorable, very clean, and had all that we needed. The location has a beautiful mountain view from the front porch with well a landscaped front lawn. Gina made us feel at home and gave us great tips on restaurants, hiking and local events & history on the community. I can’t wait to schedule another stay. It was the perfect birthday weekend!

Adorable in every way

The home is on the family property which is a small farm. The landscaping is dreamy, the tiny home is absolutely perfect. I loved staying here and would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great 3 day getaway

Perfect for accommodations for two folks. House was exceptionally clean and as described in listing. Host was very accessible and accommodating. Convenient to Dupont State Forest and numerous waterfalls and hikes. Numerous restaurants and shopping just minutes away in Brevard and Hendersonville. Will definitely stay be back.

NC get away!

The cottage sits on the family farm and when I arrived the owner, Gina, came out and welcomed me. She is so sweet! Gave me suggestions on some hiking and eating. I was visiting from Ohio specifically to see the ‘Pretty Place’ which is in SC. But her cottage is less than 30 minutes from there. Perfect place to stay for DuPont State Forest hiking too! We will definitely be back because I want to bring my boys to the Pretty Place ❤️

Most beautiful VRBO on earth

This place is absolutely beautiful inside and out! beautiful scenery and close to Dupont forest, Brevard, Etowah, Horse Shoe and hendersonville! The owners are awesome down to earth people and even knew some of my family from the area. We will go back again and again. Is very private except for the cats that like to visit and greet you when you return to the house. LOL! it was really great! I can't say enough nice things about the rental or the owners

Beautiful setting

This is ideal for a weekend getaway (or longer) as it's convenient to lots of great hiking trails as well as the town of Brevard. Lots of good restaurants nearby, too. The host is very responsive.

Lovely

The house is lovely. The hosts are kind and charming. We stay in the area at least once a year. As our needs change, we find new rentals. This is a beautiful home in the middle of our favorite towns: Brevard and Pisgah. There’s a lovely stone table, patio furniture, and fire pit.

Serene Stone Cottage in the Country

My husband and I stayed in this lovely cottage for two nights. The cottage is immaculately clean and very well furnished. We had all we needed for a nice stay. The surrounding countryside is very serene and beautiful. Our hostess was very considerate. I highly recommend this property!

Post-Christmas Getaway

We couldn't have asked for a better place to take a break from a busy Christmas season. Located perfectly between Brevard and Dupont Forest, we had easy access to tons of hiking, shopping and eating, but still isolated enough to enjoy our quiet time. Along with being great hosts, Gina and Kevin's cottage had everything we needed. We are already looking forward to scheduling another visit.

Great little getaway

A great little getaway near Pisgah and DuPont! House is very cute and clean and hostess was very friendly but gave us space to enjoy the weekend. The fire pit on the side of the house was my favorite part. Very close to hiking!

Perfect Location

Location, Location, Location! Perfect spot and in the middle of all the best hiking, dining and shopping! Host were super friendly and helpful! Cute cottage with many nice touches! Neat and Clean. Great place to relax after a long day of hiking and seeing beautiful scenery. We will return for sure when we are back in the area! Don’t think twice, book it!

Lovely Rural Setting

My husband and I really enjoyed the beautiful farm/country home where we stayed. It was an easy commute to Brevard, to Hendersonville, to several waterfalls, and to lovely forests. The home had everything one would need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed watching out our windows the cattle grazing and the farm cats scampering.

Wonderful mountain weekend

The Farm View Cottage is spacious, clean, and comfortable base camp for enjoying all the Brevard area has to offer. It’s a great location for adventures in DuPont, Pisgah, and Mills River. Gina is great host who is kind and accommodating, and their farm is beautiful.
