A stone's throw from the ACCOR ARENA in Bercy. Close to all amenities: cinemas, Parisian bars, hypermarkets, restaurants, shops, leisure park, zoo, markets, etc.

Located in the centre of the 12th arrondissement, well served by transport (metro lines 6 and 8) which cross the whole of Paris from east to west and from north to south).
The flat is a stone's throw from Porte de Charenton, close to the tram line, which means that Paris Orly airport is just 12 minutes away by taking the Orly Bus from Stade Charlety station.
