Situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator, this modern and tastefully decorated 64m2 apartment is near various attractions in Lyon, such as Musée Lumière!

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a convertible sofa bed, a smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. Additionally, there's a private terrace with seating areas for lounging and enjoying sunny days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave for delicious meals. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second has a double bed. All beds are adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The 3rd arrondissement of Lyon is the most populated in the city. It crosses its entire left bank from east to west, making successive sectors as varied as the festive quays of the Rhône, the very chic district of the Prefecture, the economic pole de la Part-Dieu or, further west, the more residential areas of Monplaisir or Montchat.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Garibaldi, is just a 5-minute walk.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is approximately a 29-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
