Why cram into a hotel room when you can have a spacious, 2-bedroom condo overlooking the Caribbean? Enjoy the wonderful views and breezes from one of the few highly sought-after 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos at our resort. Relax on one of 4 beaches, including our private beach at the end of the nature trail in the 15-acre island preserve. Three intimate pools and sun decks are nestled among the lush hillside, hidden high above the horizon. You'll enjoy "fun" dining at our 2 new restaurants. Sun and Sea (on the water), where you can literally dip your toes in the Caribbean! Oceans 180 which is more of a fine dining experience just a short distance with excellent views. And we are also excited to have Mermaids Den opening in December which is our new water sports center offering everything from paddle boards to catamarans.

Some of the best snorkeling on the island is right outside your door! Scuba, jet ski, swim, or just take in the views from one of the prettiest spots on St. Thomas. While St. Thomas is the most convenient and commercial of the US Virgin Islands, our resort is nestled on the eastern side of island (near Red Hook), makes you feel like you're isolated in a tropical jungle paradise. A private beach, nature trails, wild life, immaculate landscaping, and most importantly, the best views and the bluest water on the island of St. Thomas, make our resort one of the coolest destinations in the Virgin Islands.

Our condo is in the Point Pleasant Resort property and its 15 beautiful acers of beach and tropical landscaping. We self mange our condo so we are considered independents, not part of the resort program. But as our guest you have full access to the property and all of its amenities. Pools, parking, restaurants, beach, all the hiking trails. You can purchase necessities at the front desk, but as our guest you will have to contact us or our local support if you have issues during your stay.

Great location, Great views, GREAT value

If this is available and you’re looking to stay for 2 days or 2 weeks, book now! This was a perfect spot with incredible views. Close proximity to good restaurants/bars and excursions. David was there to help every step of the way with check in/check out. 10/10

Family vacation

Condo was excellent!!Awesome views and close to alot of things to do,coral world(swimming with dolphins),snorkeling,pools we’re excellent,fine dining down to local hangout!Hosts were excellent and very responsive to our needs!!Would highly recommend!!

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at your condo. The location was great for easy access to beaches and nearby towns. We have already decided that if we come back, we will be reaching out to stay at your place again. The morning sunrises over the ocean were a beautiful way to wake up, enjoy a cup of coffee and read a book. Gorgeous view, peaceful.

This was a wonderful place to stay for us, our adult son, and his girlfriend. Amazing views, very clean and spacious condo. We were very glad to have rented a car from "My Car Rental VI." The recommendations provided by David and Sarah were very helpful, their agent was immediately responsive when we had questions. Definitely recommend! The resort itself is lovely, slightly rustic, enchanting flora and fauna (iguanas and cats), peaceful. Per the description and reviews navigating the resort and accessing the pools includes steep hills with staircases: we did not try the shuttle service because we preferred hiking. The tiny private beach was a dream, some of us went every day for swimming, snorkeling and reading on the lounge chairs. Enjoyed the upper pool very close to the condo, and the middle pool -gorgeous-, did not try the lower pool. We spent a lot of time enjoying the stunning views from the condo itself. The lobby sold snacks and necessities which was convenient. We went to the lower restaurant /bar one night, they were packed, two hours until we were served, this may well have been a fluke, we all thought the food was delicious. Last two nights we went to Sudi’s up the road, no trouble getting a table, great fish tacos. Cooked/ prepared several meals in condo. Overall a glorious stay, would love to go back.

Wedding weekend in St. Thomas

We had the BEST time at David’s place! Point pleasant is in a fantastic location with incredible views. Everything you need is in the condo and there is plenty of living space for a group to relax and enjoy. The people on the resort are so friendly and helpful and will give you much needed rides up and down the hills. There is an incredible private beach on the property and Sun & Sea is my favorite place on the island. You’ll have the best time here!

Wonderful Vacation

Hosts/owners communicated extremely well with us guests. The condo comfortably accommodated four adults and two kids (2 and 5) and was exactly as the pictures showed, especially the terrific view. Resort was well-kept, the three pools were well-used, and the two restaurants were excellent (food, service and views.) There were several beautiful beaches and town of Red Hook within 15 min drives. We weren't expecting so many inclines and steps (totally vertical terrain) but we all navigated it without incident. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful vacation here--much recommended!!

Family Vacation

My family of four had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The unit was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. And the view is amazing! If you are an early riser, grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise on the deck. My favorite! The resort was beautiful and the pools were very nice and also all had wonderful views. I do want to point out that the resort has very steep hills so keep that in mind if you want to explore by foot. My family did not mind so we walked up the hills each day around the resort. We loved it and got our workout in. I would definitely stay here again or recommend this condo to others.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Good location. Can’t imagine better views anywhere on the island! Kids loved the three swimming pools on the property. Small but very lovely private beach adjoining resort if you’re not afraid of steps to get to it. Great proximity to good restaurants both on site and in nearby town of Red Hook. Walking distance to Coki Beach which was our favorite beach on the island.

Great space with a beautiful view.

This condo at the Point Pleasant Resort was great. The space was large, beds were comfortable, the AC worked well and the view off the balcony was breathtaking. David was extremely responsive and very accommodating. It was nice being close to a pool and laundry facilities. We traveled with a toddler and would just like to note for those planning to do the same; there are a lot of stairs and the roads within the resort are steep and tough to navigate with a stroller. Would definitively stay there again!

Definitely a must have

I rented this condo for my family of 7 which included my husband and I, 3 kids and 2 senior citizens and let me tell you how beautiful this property is!! I immediately felt at home and everything was very clean and well stocked. The owners David and Sarah answered all of my questions immediately and they were just a joy to email. The host Bernadette was awesome as well. I loved the fact that I had several people I can contact with questions and it made our stay much more lovely. Let's talk about the view from the balcony (omggg chef's kiss). We had such a wonderful experience overall that we are already planning a family trip for 2024 and this condo will be our go to! I really appreciate David, Sarah and Bernadette for helping me out because lord knows I ask a lot of questions lol don't hesitate to rent this property at an amazing price might I add! You won't regret it!!

For St .Thomas, this is a highly ranked place to stay. We loved the views and the Condo has everything you need to enjoy a week or so. In many VRBO you get the basics, but this one had ample towels, beach towels, etc.. Must rent a car to explore and not rely on Taxi services. Owner gave very clear instructions on the stay. Advice...Read the directions and instructions from the owner. It covers the exact location of the Condo as well as how to maximize the A/C use. Will stay here again

Stunning views for family of 5!

Our family of 5 fit perfectly into this wonderful 2 br condo for 9 days. With a nice open floor plan everyone had their space. Amazing views of St. John and the BVI's right off the balcony. The condo is located at the top of Point Pleasant Resort, so it is very quiet & away from the restaurants - you don't have to deal with all the folks coming & going. The owners are very kind, knowledgeable & helpful with all things STT. I couldn't have been happier with the communication with them as well. Great spot and look forward to going back again soon!

Great spot

This condo was excellent, a great spot. Clean, upscale, nice view from the patio, access to nearby beaches and an easy drive to the red hook area. I would not swim at the property beach or margaritaville (rocky/seaweed) although pools are nice. Sapphire and Coki beaches are close. The walk up is steep from the restaurant, but not a problem for us. Parking is close to the condo.

Weekend getaway

The condo was perfect for our short stay. We wanted to be close to red hook for restaurants and to be able get on the ferry’s. The condo sits on top on a hill and the view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. The furniture is a Little bit on the old side and hopefully there’s plans to update in the future, as it could be uncomfortable for longer stays, but it was perfect for us to use as a home base to explore the island and be close to some of the best restaurants in red hook. We definitely want to get back down there soon and will be staying at this condo again!!!

Amazing view!

David was a fantastic host! Always in communication with us! He has a lovely place with amazing views. The main part of the home is not air conditioned however it is kept cool with the ocean breeze. Refreshing! David supplies all you could possibly need during the stay; great location central to almost everything! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Quiet and beautiful

We had a wonderful and refreshing time as a family. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the ocean breeze felt great in the evenings. We swam at the closest pool- less than 5 min walk from the condo. We also walked to Coki Beach where we snorkled and saw many tropical fish. We also rented a hobie cat and sailed in the bay which was a lot of fun. I do recommend renting a car to explore the island or take a ferry and explore one of the other islands.

Don't hesitate to book!

David & Sarah were great at communicating and it is a fabulous place to stay. Very clean, awesome supplies available from cooking to beach supplies. Lots of space. Our family of 6 had a very relaxing week and we would not hesitate to return if in the area. Keep in mind, there is a lot of walking. You are not able to park right next to the condo but it is not very far. The beach is a fair distance to walk but the pools are close. Definitely want to rent a car. We went with Dependable. The minivan we had was beat up but had no problems with it and it was a great price. The property manager was super responsive and we were very impressed at how fast our requests were granted. Loved it!!

Great Accomodations

Condo is great. Only complaint is that the king mattress is uncomfortable. Since the condo is located at a very high point at the resort, personal/physical mobility is important. We chose not to rent a vehicle and had no trouble getting around the island. Had we rented a vehicle, I believe parking at the condo would have been challenging. Overall, we had a great experience!

Beautiful Views

The condo was a beautiful place to stay. Being so high up in the mountain made for magnificent views. We had everything we needed in the condo. Dave was very helpful before we arrived. Bernadette was helpful when our flights were changed and we had to find a place to stay for the extra night. The shuttle drivers were extremely helpful, not only taking us up and down the mountain, but they were also great resources of information on what to do in the area. The food at the Shoreline restaurant and Mirador restaurant was amazing. I would highly recommend this condo if you are traveling to St Thomas. It was a great way to end our vacation!

Great place, beautiful location

Everything was beautiful and the condo was gorgeous with a great view. The only complaint we really had was it’s a pretty remote location, so not a lot of conveniences around. Not the fault of the owner, just want to make people aware that there aren’t like, a lot of convenience establishments that mainlanders are used to. Great place!
