This spacious apartment for well-being is quietly located on the outskirts of Rettenberg, in the small district of Engelpolz. Here you can hike, bike, swim - everything the Oberallgäu has to offer.

The bright and very spacious apartment with south-west balcony and view of the Allgäu mountains offers about 90 m² of living space. It is an attic apartment in a detached 2-family house that is suitable for up to eight people.
The centerpiece of the accommodation is the large, light-flooded living area with a cozy corner sofa, electric fireplace, dining table, open kitchen and new wood stove. The natural wood kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Ceramic hob, oven and microwave are available as well
Fridge with a small freezer and a dishwasher. Enough dishes and glasses, as well as pots and pans in different sizes are also part of the equipment. In addition, accessories such as mixers or microwave dishes, tea strainers, coffee machines, etc.

Following the hallway, you get straight into the fully furnished bathroom, recently modernized with: toilet, bidet, sink and fittings, as well as mirrors and lighting.

The two bright bedrooms offer enough space, in the first room there is a double bed, a sofa bed and a cot. In the other room there are two single beds, one of which can be extended to a double bed.
In the living area there is still a large sofa bed.

There is underfloor heating in the bathroom and living / dining area as well as in the hallway.

From the living area you have access to the balcony with furniture. Parking spaces are available on the property.

You will find peace and relaxation far away from the hustle and bustle, but it is not far to the swimming lakes, ski areas and diverse leisure activities in the Allgäu. The house is within sight of the Grünten ski area. The trail is almost on the doorstep.
To the place with cafes and restaurants you need about a kilometer.
