Something special: Modern, bright 2-room apartment with large roof terrace

This beautiful, bright 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd Upper floor of a 2-family house completed in 2013. It has an inviting living room that is very open and spacious due to its ceiling height. Next to the dining area there is a comfortable leather couch with a long chair, where you can relax, watch TV or enjoy the view of the Schönberg. The sofa can be quickly and easily transformed into a 1.60 m bed that can comfortably sleep 2 people. The large roof terrace, which faces south, offers a fantastic view. An electric awning provides a shady spot even in summer. There is also a cozy bedroom with a double bed (2.00mx 1.80m) and a second TV. A separate, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine complete this apartment. For our little guests we provide a baby travel bed and a high chair (up to 15 kg).
The apartment is in a quiet location (dead end) in the Freiburg St. district Georgen. The connections to public transport are good. The bus takes about 15-20 minutes. to the main train station and downtown. Parking is in the street. Shops, bakeries, restaurants, playgrounds, etc. are too easy to reach.
Would you like to stay longer than 2 weeks? We would be happy to make you an individual offer! Long-term tenants are welcome. Just talk to us!

A very, very fine apartment with a fine view to the hills. With all the amenities, you could wish. In the outskirts of Freiburg, but with bus-stops near the apartment. And a winery quite close! A very friendly and helpful host. Certainly to be recommended.

Wunderbare Tage in Freiburg/St. Georgen
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden was wir z. B. zum Kochen benötigt haben. Die Wohnung selber sehr modern, ruhig, sauber und komfortabel. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die nahe Umgebung und die Weinberge war ein echter Genuss! Jeden Abend machten wir einen Spaziergang in die nahegelegenen Weinberge, trafen dort auf Ruhe, frische Luft und hatten einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf Freiburg. Von der Wohnung aus kann man sehr schnell und unkompliziert Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt also eine 5 Sterne -Bewertung, die wir gerne vergeben.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der superschönen Wohnung sehr genossen. Alles war sehr geschmackvoll und hoch -wertig eingerichtet, auch die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Einziges Manko war die Beleuchtung im Bad, aber da hat die sehr nette Vermieterin schon Abhilfe angekündigt. Für sehr geräuschempfindliche Mieter muß man noch sagen, dass die stark frequen -tierte Bahnlinie bei offenen Fenstern besonders nachts "gut" zu hören ist - daher der einzige Abzugspunkt unter Lage.

Ganz hervorragend
Eine unglaublich gute Ferienwohnung! Die Ausstattung war so umfangreich, so etwas Gutes haben wir noch nie erlebt. Nicht nur alle wünschenswerten technischen Geräte, sondern auch alle Gebrauchsmittel waren vorhanden und auch noch als Reserve verfügbar (z.B.: Reinigungsmittel, Waschmittel, Flüssigseife, WC-Papier). Das Mobiliar ist hochwertig und die Matratzen so gut, dass wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Die Lage ist bestens, mit dem Bus kommt man problemlos in die Stadt oder einfach zu Fuß in den Mooswald. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Als Gast kann man gar nicht anders als sich wohl zu fühlen. Aller besten Dank, wir freuen uns schon auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt!

Eine super schöne und sehr gute Ferienwohnung !!!
Das Wetter war halt sehr bescheiden und leider konnten wir die einmalige Dachterrasse nur etwas geniessen. Diese FeWo ist einmalig schön , sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sehr praktisch, liegt ideal im Stadtteil St. Georgen . Nahe zir Autobahn und ebenso günstig zur Innenstadt sowohl mit Auto als auch ÖVP. Der Ausblick von Wohnung und Dachterrasse auf die Weinberge des Schönberg ist einfach toll. Das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr freundlich und problemlos mit kurzer Einweisung in alles Erforderliche. Kurzum mit großem Abstand die schönste FeWo die ich bislang hatte. Es war einfach wunderschön, vielen Dank!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Saskia empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in dieser wunderschönen, modernen, geschmackvoll sowie funktionell eingerichteten und sauberen Ferienwohnung. Ein geräumiger Wohn-, Essbereich, eine bestens ausgestattete Küche, eine ebenerdige Dusche, ein Schlafzimmer mit grossem Kleiderschrank und mit super bequemen Betten. Dazu eine grosszügige Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Weinberge. Zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant Stubenareal (unbedingt reservieren) in St.Georgen. Nach Freiburg kommt man sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (3 Busse in unmittelbarer Nähe). Ein absolutes Muss in Freiburg sind das Augustinermuseum sowie das erzbischöfliche Ordinariat, wo man allerdings nur einen Blick vom Eingang aus auf die Innenarchitektur werfen darf. Wanderwege gibt es reichlich : Schlossberg Richtung St.Ottilien., Schauinsland... Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können Saskias Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
