An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).

If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure.
