Located on the 10th floor without elevator, the accommodation comprises:
- two bedrooms with two single beds;
- a bathroom ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.

One of the apartment's assets is its practicality:
- balcony all along the apartment;
- unobstructed view over Paris.

It's also highly appreciated for its location. It's located in a very touristy area: lots of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as several metro and bus lines.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron, PMR access, etc.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Places of interest close to the accommodation:
- Canal St Martin, 2 minutes' walk (walk along the quays to La Villette, and on the other side where the canal is underground, walk to Bastille);

## Emplacement
The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th arrondissement.
