About this property

3 Bedroom house in a fun village resort with an amazing pool and beaches near by

Relax and enjoy yourself in our 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath house located in Perdido Key Florida inside of the Purple Parrot Village Resort. Make yourself feel at home in our king sized master bedroom with a separate tub and shower in the master bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed and bedroom #3 has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. All 3 bedrooms and living room have flat screen smart TVs. There are all new appliances in the kitchen and if you need to do some laundry we have a brand new stackable full size washer and dryer. The Purple Parrot is located in between the intercostal water way and the beautiful gulf. We are a short car or bike ride away from the famous white sandy beaches. Inside the resort and just a short walk away from the house you can relax in a lagoon style pool with a waterfall cave and jacuzzi. Hungry? Thirsty? Don’t want to cook? No worries! Take a few steps over to the Tiki Lounge and enjoy their cold refreshments and scrumptious food. Keep your eyes and ears open for the famous Blue Angels as you may catch them practice right above you!
*Per Purple Parrot HOA, there are No pets or smoking allowed.
**Our home (and the entire Purple Parrot resort) was damaged by Hurricane Sally. We are in the final stages of completion in the rebuilding process. There will be construction going on in the resort but should not affect your stay in the house. Almost everything in the house is BRAND NEW.

Great Vacation Home!
We enjoyed a weekend at Purple Parrot. The place was great. We appreciated the extras - boogy boards for the kids, beach chairs, beach towels and floats for the pool. We visited the pool, beach and listened to live music at the bar when we weren’t fishing. Thanks for the great stay!

The house was the most updated and best home at the Parrot we’ve stayed at so far ! All essentials were provided, the house was decorated so nice and the beds were so comfortable ! Everything was so clean and we didn’t have any issues at all…it was very convenient to the pool ..just overall a great place !! My family and I had a great time !

My husband, son and I met up with extended family in Perdido Key and this house was perfect for us. We each had our own rooms and the teenagers loved the bunk room. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the kids preferred the pools to the beach, as the waves were pretty rough during our stay. Samantha was an amazing host and we would definitely stay here again.

30th birthday stay with spouse and friends
My husband and I came with a group of friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. We all loved the condo and thought it was so nice. It was equipped with literally everything you need for a beach trip. We also loved the front porch. I could sit out there all day!

Perfect place for family vacation
This house was great! It’s super cute, clean and in a lovely little resort community. The lagoon pool provided hours of fun for our kids and teen. The live music and tiki bar/ food was easy for when we didn’t want to go out and the whole family was entertained in the evenings. The beaches are a short easy drive away. Not too touristy or busy of a place. If we return to the Gulf our family already decided we would need to stay at this home again!

By far the best place we have stayed at during our Florida trip! The host was phenomenal and property was amazing. Once we checked in we really had no reason to leave until check out time. Great pool and tiki bar!

Samantha (owner) is a great host, very responsive. The house is beautiful, very clean and well stocked! There are also some extras that make pool/beach days even better. The Purple Parrot was the perfect spot for our softball team to all stay - great pool, sand volleyball and tiki bar.

We've stayed at the PP before, but this was our first stay at Belize Place. It was nice! I like that it's a short walk to the pool but far enough away so that if you want to go to bed early, the noise from the pool won't keep you up. We'll be returning!

Clean townhome, lots to do on site, bar/grill with nightly live bands/entertainment like karaoke, volleyball courts and sand for the children to build castles. Pool is huge and great for children between 3-5 feet. Extra towels and handy things that you usually have to run to the store to get. Would be excellent if it was closer to the beach!

Space is quiet and tucked away. Owner is wonderful. Nice pool and hot tub with tiki bar on site. Close to the public beach access. A few minute drive from the Alabama Orange beach line and lots of dining, 45 minutes to Pensacola beach. Lots of activities close by. Property is very clean.
