Welcome to this lovely and spacious condo at Broadmoor in Orange Beach, AL. This unit is on the 7th floor and has spectacular views of the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf!

We are sure you will enjoy this unit's open concept and find it very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is very nice and stocked with all that you need while on vacation. It looks on to the dining and living room and is a great space for all of the family to gather and enjoy each others company. There is a walk out balcony from the living that is Gulf front where you can sit and enjoy a meal while watching a beautiful sunrise or sunset!

This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests.
The master bedroom faces the beach and has an entrance to the shared balcony. It features a king size bed and a spacious private bathroom. There is very cute reading reading nook in the corner of the room that is very cozy and a nice place to sit and relax. In the master, you will also find a murphy style twin bunk bed that folds up and is a perfect sleeping spot for the kiddos.

There are two additional guest bedrooms on the north end of the unit. Both guest bedrooms have a queen size bed and each their own bathroom that are located in the hallways. You will find extra sleeping space in the living room on the sofa sleeper if needed.

Some great features of this unit include an open concept living and dining area, granite countertops, comfortable furnishings , WiFi, TVs in all bedrooms with a smart TV in living room, and a full size Washing machine and Dryer in unit.

Thanksgiving Holiday Week

We have stayed multiple years in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. We absolutely love it. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The views are absolutely amazing. We had an issue with the door code, but they quickly resolved the issue for us. We will be back in the future.

5 night beach getaway

We really did enjoy our stay. Awesome views from the kitchen, living room areas. The master bedroom had the best rising sun views. All the bedrooms has some kind of views which is really nice!! Any questions, were responded to quickly. We would definitely stay again. We had my elderly Mom with us, so she really enjoyed being in the condo, & balcony even if she could not go down to the beach with us. view's

Great place, great beach!

Great place to stay and great beach and area! Have very sensitive allergies and seemed like pets may have been in the condo, but not visibly noticeable by any means. We'll be back to Orange Beach for sure!

Condo room was very nice and roomy. Parking was a nightmare !!! We wouldn’t stay here again for parking alone! Beach access was super easy and closer than most condos. Be sure to bring any seasonings you need including salt and pepper.

Enjoyable location

We very much enjoyed our stay in 701Broadmoor. The condo was very nice, clean, and more than met our needs. The construction in the parking area was a pain, but should be completed very soon.

Great place!

This property was very clean and in a great location!! Just walk out of the elevator and out to the beach!! Our ONLY problem was having to get 3 different key codes before the door would open and the property did not have a sign out front large enough to see. But other than that, I would certainly go again!!!

Beautiful condo and great beach access!

We have been to Orange Beach many times in this condo was definitely one of the nicest. It’s beautifully decorated and a very short walk to the beach. Only downside was that the icemaker did not work and they couldn’t get it fixed during our stay. Would’ve been nice to know prior to arrival so we could’ve prepared. Also, the barstools are in need of some minor repair and the hairdryer is broken. Small things and easily fixable. Overall, would likely return here.

Perfect Location

We loved this property. The location was perfect. The view was amazing. The layout of the condo was awesome. We had everything we needed and it was exactly as listed. If we had any suggestions for improvement it would be to update the mattress’s especially in the primary bedroom. But we would definitely stay in this unit again.

This is the first time staying in a condo on the Gulf! We were not disappointed in anything. The beach view was awesome, the walk to the beach was very short, the pictures were exactly how the condo appeared. It was very refreshing to have a beautiful place to stay at the end of our beach days! Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

Condo was just as it appeared on the website - very nice and clean with updated appliances. There was plenty of space for our family. The Murphy bunk beds in the master bedroom worked out great! There was no wait at all on the elevators which can sometimes be a problem at some larger condo complexes. The beach was not crowded which made for a nice, relaxing vacation.

Post Wedding Relaxation

My son was in a wedding and we relaxed for a few days after at Orange Beach. We had plenty of room and privacy with the layout of the condo. The eating and den area were large enough to accommodate our family comfortably. The view was beautiful and the amenities were plenty. I especially appreciated the ease of catching an elevator and availability of carts for moving luggage. The leasing agent was very easy to communicate with and we had no problems during our stay. We will rent this unit again in the future.

Quite Condo

Condo was beautiful. Had a great view of the ocean and was plenty of room for everyone. The toilet in the master bath messed up took about 2 days to fix which was not the condo owners fault. The parking was very tight and cramped and half of it was blocked off I guess for renovations. Outside of parking condo was great so gave it a 4 star.

Great stay

Everything was excellent & as advertised or better. Construction is present, as the listing said, but there was genuine effort to minimize the disturbance. Construction debris is the reason for the 4 star. The unit was very clean & well kept. Some balconies (including ours) were unavailable & there was construction noise from ~9am-5pm. We knew about the construction & it was less of a disturbance than we expected. Absolutely loved our stay & hopefully have an opportunity to use Broadmoor 701 again.

Wonderful Vacation Rental will be back.

We truly enjoyed this vacation rental. Everything was clean and so spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. The beach was less crowded and the quick 0.4 mile walk to Flora Bama for a famous Buschwacker was wonderful. The walk to the beach was a very easy one and ideal for our 5 year old. Only negative was not with the condo unit but with the parking. Our first day it was impossible to find parking but after people left it was a lot better. We did talk to the manager and within the next few months the parking garage will be completed and open up a lot more parking. It was only a minor inconvenience on day one, after that it wasn't a problem. We will be staying in this unit again. All positives and 5 stars.

This property is nice. The layout of the condo provides privacy for each bedroom which was a bonus! I love the location of The Broadmoor. They are currently undergoing some construction and we were not aware of this when booking. The tennis courts are totally closed. The pool area was nice but not kept up day to day. One of two elevators was out the entire time we were there and one set of stairs was closed due to lighting outage?! I gave the check-in process a 3 because it was old school. Hard keys, which I get, but we only got 2 sets on tiny key rings and there were 6 of us. A keypad entry would be a bonus for this unit. The booking management was excellent with communication on our stay and our check-out and very friendly when we contacted them. The floors were not swept thoroughly or mopped thoroughly when we arrived. That was easily taken care of by us, but disappointing because we had to wait for a cleaning inspection at check-in. I was surprised there was food on the kitchen and eating area floor and down feathers on the den floor. The condo itself was terrific and provided a homey place for us to gather with our family each day.

Unaware property was under renovation.

I sent an email directly after booking requesting additional chairs for the patio if possible because we will be reading our BIBLES during sunrise and relaxing through out the day. A total relax vacation trip with my grandchildren’s and it was my daughters 40th birthday. No response!!!! UNWARE OF CONSTRUCTION. After picking up keys from CTVR office and arriving at the Broadmoor Rm 701 we were hit with a complete renovations/construction there were 5 ropes that took away the beach view from our patio. I called CTVR spoke with Regina about my concerns I was told that construction was on the website. I explain I didn’t recall nor would I have selected a resort under construction. I booked my room through VRBO. Since I was driving I didn’t realize I had gotten an email that morning 5 hours before check in time, the email stated that office was just informed that morning that construction would be taking place and that the patio furniture (heavy table with a chair connected to both sides) was taking inside right in the master bedroom. Regina mention that the HOA makes the decisions when to do the repair. That night we searched for Broadmoor reviews which clearly show's renters mention construction months prior. When I called the property manager Regina about my complaint I was informed that the construction would be from 9-5 each day and she could only give me a credit for one night which was $477 (totally disappointed). I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CREDIT and it’s been a week today since Regina and I spoke. I will inform my credit card company if I don’t receive it soon. I left her a message yesterday 7/26 concerning the credit. Another issue I called Regina left her a message. No return phone call. The light on the patio deck was not working, I requested a light bulb. I was told a fan would be sent over to help with the noise (Never Rec’d) since the noise was causing my daughter a migraine. Looking back at the online photos the patio lights was taken down. I picked this particular resort/room 701 when reviewing the photos I noticed all of the crosses (at least 12) on the wall as you enter it was BEAUTIFUL. That was our purpose of vacation on the beach to read our bibles, to listen to the ocean sounds, the corner patio, furniture, lights on the patio (photo) and the beautiful colors. I would love to revisit once all the construction is completed and the added light around the patio at night.
