The best trip

We had the best stay!! The condo was awesome!!! The beach chair rental was an added bonus! The pool, tekkie bar, the food…was fabulous!!! The lay out of the condo was nice and the fact that it was on the end, made it sweeter. We could walk to various places a d Walmart grocery delivers there!!! Very good location and place yo stay!!

Just as described

Had problems with the ice maker and the management company was quick to respond. Condo was just as described. Liked the tiki bar and outside bathrooms were very clean and well kept. The property was clean, and maintained.

Birthday retreat

Beautiful unit with every amenity for a comfortable respite. The corner 20th floor location is spectacular! Grand Panama has everything for a wonderful beach experience. We will be back

Beautiful Stay

This was our third time renting thru Warren Beach Rentals and everything always goes smoothly. Condos are always very clean and comfortable. Communication from Warren Beach Rentals is top notch and check in is easiest I have ever had. This condo has amazing views down the beach and over the gulf. The cleaning crew at the Grand Panama is top notch, everything is wiped down daily and the pools and hot tubs are spotless!! Can’t wait to come back next winter!

Overall the place was clean. I have some issues with the kitchen pans that are bent and old. The bed sheets at the master’s bedroom were faded and rough. The place can do more upkeep.

Nice view and location

The property's location was great, had an awesome view! The front bedroom was stated to be a queen but it is actually a full/double size. The twin bedroom could use a little tlc in the cleaning department. The bed rails are filthy dirty, stains on carpet. Could use some new towels. A couple of towels were so worn that the tops were see through and had a few stains. The washer is super loud. No way to run it while there or at night. Main bedroom had alot of stains on carpet, could use a new mattress or new piece of foam. Pillows were dipped in the middle, worn out. Shower had mold on ceiling and smelled. Could use an exhaust fan in it and not just over toilet. Light over toliet was burned out. Wall by bathroom trash can could use some cleaning. Couch and chairs were comfortable, but could use a good clean. Cabinets beside stove could use some cleaning. The refrigerator kept freezing our food even with it turned down, which was strange cause it was mentioned that it could be warm when checking in. We had to throw away several things due to being frozen. Overall we had a great time! Place is nice, view wss beautiful, just needs some updating and a deep clean.

Wonderful Condo with an Amazing Beach Front View!

Loved condo 2009! It was perfect for our family of 5 including a nice and private bedroom for my mother in law. Spent a lot of time on the large balcony enjoying the amazing ocean views. Especially nice that we could bring our miniature schnauzer. The resort style pool was my favorite hang out spot. Can’t go wrong with this property!

Great getaway!

We loved our stay! Great condo, complex, fast elevators and beach service. Only negative would be parking. We meet up with two other families. The resort only allows for 2 cars to be registered and parked there. The 3rd has to go to a public parking facility down the road. It’s not the rental companies policy but the actual resorts.

Wonderful property to stay at.

This was a great unit to stay in with an amazing view. My only complaint is the bed sizes and arrangements. It's listed as having a queen but I'm pretty sure it was a full/double. And the twin beds are the ones in the room that attaches to a bathroom. If you are going as 3 couples like we did then you someone ends up drawing the the short straw. Otherwise this is a unit we would stay in again.

Awesome week!

Everything was as promised and advertised. Checkin procese was effortless, we had to wait a few minutes for the guard to hand out the welcome package since we arrive after office hours, but other than that, everything was great! Definitely coming back next time!

View While Dining

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 2009, Grand Panama. The condo had plenty of room for the five of us. But the highlight every morning at breakfast was sitting at the upscale "picnic table" while enjoying the beautiful view of the beach and gulf through the large window. The entire experience from booking to checking out was seamless and smooth. I am satisfied in giving a 5-star rating!!

Perfect Stay

The rooms were exactly like they were shown and described. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. My family loved the balcony, the short distance from the beach, and the swimming pools. The kitchen and bathrooms are large and very nice. My family and I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this property and renters to other friends and family.

June Beach Vacation

Room was clean except hand prints all over the windows and sliding glass door. Room was great, but I expected more. No closet in the master bedroom, no pantry in the kitchen area to put groceries in. Grounds were well kept. I’ve stayed all up and down the beach and for over 5k for the week I expected more.
