Sehr zu Empfehlen!

Super Lage - man kann sehr vieles zu Fuß erreichen oder die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen. Das große Extra für mich war der Parkplatz im versperrten Innenhof. So konnte ich unbesorgt Wien ohne Auto und Parkplatzsuche erkunden. LG ALEX

Besser gehts nicht!

Unser nächster Aufenthalt in der tollen Donau-Metropole wird sicher in dieser Fewo stattfinden. Sowohl deren zentrumsnahe Lage mit Parkplatz im Innenhof und kompletter Ausstattung (samt u.a. mehrbändiger „Geschichte der Architektur“ und einer soliden CD-Sammlung - Jazz, Leonard Cohen, Santana …) als auch der sehr nette und zuverlässige Gastgeber („Wir sind soeben angekommen.“ Postwendende Antwort: “Bin in einer Minute da!“) sprechen unbedingt dafür. Wien/ Leopoldstadt

Sehr nette Wohnungsübergabe durch den Besitzer. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, es ist aber alles vorhanden was man benötigt und super sauber. Das Haus in dem sich die Wohnung befindet braucht dringend ein Update, was wohl demnächst ansteht. Der Fahrstuhl ist zwar für 3 Personen ausgelegt, stellt seinen Betrieb allerdings mit Besetzung von 2 Personen ein. Also haben wir die Kabine mit unserem Gepäck vollgepackt, sind gelaufen und haben oben (3. Etage) wieder alles entladen. Der vorhandene Parkplatz ist goldwert!!! Am Besten man stellt sein Auto ab und erledigt alles zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Parken ist in Wien richtig teuer und es wird genauestens kontrolliert! Die Wohnung ist super in Leopoldstadt gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten prima zu Fuß erreicht werden. Auch die Lokalitäten sind auf dieser Seite des Donaukanals sehr schön und man braucht nicht die lästigen Reservierungen vorzunehmen. Es gab jederzeit einen Tisch für uns und günstig ist es obendrein. Da es zu der von uns gebuchten Zeit recht warm war, wollten wir mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen. Angesichts der Tatsache, dass im gegenüberliegenden Haus gerne die Nacht zum Tag gemacht wird, erwies sich das als keine gute Idee. Es ist nachts ziemlich laut aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nichts und in der Wohnung steht ein Ventilator bereit. Wir können es empfehlen hier zu buchen, alles hat prima geklappt und war völlig unkompliziert.

Entspannt und angenehm

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist für einen Aufenthalt in der Stadt sehr gut gelegen. Vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist optimal. Das Viertel ist sehr entspannt und hat rund um den Karmelitermarkt viele schöne Ecken. Es gibt zahlreiche interessante Cafés, Gaststätten und Restaurants. Eingerichtet ist die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Wolfgang funktioniert völlig problemlos. Er ist sehr freundlich, gibt hilfreiche Informationen und antwortet bereitwillig auf alle Fragen. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung also die perfekte Basis für einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt in Wien, gerade auch in Zeiten von Corona.

Perfekte Unterkunft in der Nähe vom 1. Bezirk

Der Check-In mit Wolfgang hat perfekt geklappt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für die eine Woche gut eingerichtet. Durch den dazu gehörenden Parkplatz mussten wir das Auto nicht bewegen. Alles war mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Die Tips von Wolfgang für gutes Essen und z.B. für den Naschmarkt waren sehr gut. Wir planen im nächsten Jahr nochmal wiederzukommen. La ubicación inmejorable, las recomendaciones para comer por la zona fueron muy útiles. Si vas a la zona contraria del centro, encontrarás restaurantes a mejores precios y mas cercanos. El apartamento muy limpio y practico para 2 personas. El único problema lo tuvimos con el calentador que no sabíamos bien cómo funcionaba. A veces se ponía a 20º y luego a 60º. Wolfgang fue muy amable. En nuestro próximo viaje a Viena esperamos poder repetir la experiencia.

Angenehme und zentrale Wohnung
