Very Clean

The property has been updated and is very clean. The location is close to the entrance to the park at the Sugarland information center. I would highly recommend this location.

The condo interior was as pictured. Great Mountain View’s, 4th floor condo the elevator was very helpful. Condo was quiet for the most part, walked down to the strip several times. Would stay at this location again.

Nice Hideaway

I was a little concerned at first about the age and cleanliness of the complex outside, but I was pleasantly surprised by the apartment. The apartment was very clean, updated, and roomy enough for my wife, 2 kids (8–10), and myself. Top floor and conveniently close to the elevator. The location was fantastic; I parked the van and didn't have to deal with traffic. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Gatlinburg. The boys really enjoyed the indoor pool. The owners were responsive and helpful, but I didn't really need them. I would recommend them and would stay again.

Perfect Location

The inside of the condo was beautiful. The outside of the building and pool area did not match the listing pictures and could use a facelift. But, you couldn’t ask for a better location within walking distance to everything downtown Gatlinburg has to offer! We enjoyed our stay!

Very Convenient Condo

This place is clean and very close to the entrance of the national park; You are also about half a block from the Parkway making it very easy to walk to restaurants or stores.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed a week for our anniversary. The condo was perfect for 2 people. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The location is very convenient and within walking distance of everything which was so nice! The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom was very small. It didn't bother my husband but for me, it was too small. It didn't have any counter space to put toiletries, makeup, etc. Other than that it was great! We really enjoyed our stay there!

We got NO sleep due to noise in locked bedroom closet

Upon arrival we were happy with the condo. The location is great! It was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials - minus a dish rag or sponge but no biggie. We sat down in the living area to relax and picked up the remote for the TV. It did not work - at all. There are no buttons on the TV to turn it on. We swapped the batteries with the remote for the fireplace but it didn't help. We decided that it was no issue as the TV in the bedroom was working. Fast forward to bedtime... About 1am a loud knocking began in the mechanical closet in the bedroom. It would bang constantly for about 20 minutes and then stop. Then start up again half an hour later. This continued on until morning. We just brushed it off as a weird occurrence until midnight the next night. The banging / knocking began again. I immediately messaged the host. I didn't expect an answer right away as it was 12am but certainly didn't think that it would take 19 hours to get a reply. The host did apologize and said that she contacted her maintenance man but that it would probably be really late before he could come out. It was already late on our last night so having to deal with someone coming in and making repairs was not something that we wanted to deal with. We won't book this unit again or rent from the same host. And FYI - if you try to sleep on the couch, the trash truck comes through and picks up every dumpster at 5:30 so be prepared to wake up early.

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice. The location was even better. For the most part, we kept our car parked and walked everywhere.The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only downside to this condo was the lack of storage space for our belongings; however, we made it work. I would recommend this condo.

Quick stop on our way home from a Florida cruise

We stopped on our way home for a few nights. The location and price was great. There was an annoying sound either the air conditioning or water heater. Other than that the stay was perfect. Becky was absolutely great to deal with.

Quick family get away.

Great location downtown Gatlinburg. My daughter had so much fun in the pool. The railing on the balcony was too wide for toddlers. Hopefully the property manager will get this up to date!
