TRANSPORTATION
- Bikes are popular on 30A! 4 Bikes are included with this property. If more are needed, a discount code to a local bike shop will be provided.
- 6 Seater Golf Cart is provided (with proof of insurance and signed waiver. Must
be 25 to operate and have a valid drivers license). NOTE: Many of the
communities along 30A no longer allow for golf carts (such as Rosemary, Alys,
Seacrest). The golf cart is primarily to be used to get to the beach access, Deer
Lake State Park, or The Big Chill. Please plan accordingly.

BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE
- There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood.
- In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "set" (2 chairs and
an umbrella) otherwise you may use the access and walk 2
minutes to the right or 4 minutes to the left to the public access.
- Beach service is provided by a local vendor (information provided after booking)

OutdoorShower provides an initial starter kit of amenities for all of our guests.
FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 4 dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 3 extra liners for the kitchen trash
FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and trash can liner. Additionally, some laundry pods for those properties with onsite washers and dryers. Owners may provide additional amenities.
