About this property

Welcome to the Bahama Sun Condo at Bahama Bay!

This awesome condo is close to Disney, Universal, and all the fun stuff in Orlando. It's perfect for families, individuals, and couples.

The condo is on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower in the tub. You can step right onto a screened-in patio with a nice view from the main bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom, which has 2 twin beds. The 2nd bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower.

Both bathrooms are brand new (since December '22) and super clean, with plenty of soft towels.

Each bedroom has its own TV.

There are 2 patios with new furniture – a great spot for your morning coffee or tea, or a cozy place to relax in the evenings.

The condo has a full kitchen, and there's also a washer/dryer in case you need to do laundry.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking – utensils, pots, and pans. There's a K-cup coffee maker and a regular coffee maker, so you can make coffee your favorite way. We even have a blender for those who like breakfast smoothies.

You can enjoy free WiFi in the condo and the whole resort.

Bahama Bay is a popular condo complex on the North side of Davenport, really close to Disney Theme Parks (about 15 minutes away).

The resort has 4 swimming pools, a clubhouse, a fishing dock, a walking trail, a spa, and a fake beach. After a fun day, you can eat at the Tradewinds Restaurant in the resort. The resort is gated for extra safety.

Smoking is not allowed in the resort, and there's parking in front of the building.

Beautiful!

My family and I stayed here for 10 days. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean and beautifully furnished! My only complaint would be the upstairs neighbors were very loud and the hot tub was a little dirty.
