Backyard is fully paver stone set up entertainment area with a putting green, bocce ball court, corn hole, hot tub, picnic table and Adirondack chair seating. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and of course the community pool. The house has 2 large living rooms with sleep sofas, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a bonus room with pool table, foosball table, retro video game machine and dart board...and EVERYONE has a big screen TV (8 total big screens in the house). High speed internet and WiFi are included and the spectrum tv package has tons of movie channels too. ((3-King Beds, 2-Queen Beds, 1 twin w/trundle, 2 queen sleep sofas)) Space Coast has rocket launches weekly and is the largest sea turtle nesting beach in the Western Hemisphere...May, June, July, August & September are best for sea turtles. This house is a huge comfortable area for a vacation stay. The furniture is really nice, the beds are all super comfortable and all the linens and sheets are of high-quality. The sheets are Egyptian cotton 700 thread count. The beach is a 6-blocks so I would drive and park at one of the many beach park locations that have sand volleyball, showers and food.

All around Fabulous - 10 out of 10

A perfect 10 for our family get together. Something for everyone from teen to granparents. House is beautiful, well equipped down to the most thoughtful details, and spotlessly clean. Beach trip

The house was perfect for our 7 adults and 5 kiddos. Loved the fact that there were 3 sets of washers and dryers. Out side fire pit was great at night as well as the hot tub. Literally the only improvement I would do is upgrade to better softer pillows. We had a great time and would definitely look at this property for future use.

The host was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The beds were super comfortable and the house was beautiful. There was everything we needed and so much to do. This is the best rental we’ve had.

Beautifully appointed Beachside Property

Nothing short of amazing! We wanted to take our grandbaby to the beach for her birthday, and this listing caught our eye. We are so glad we decided to book it! The house had everything that you could possibly need. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, every aspect of the house was designed with comfort in mind. Our host, Gibbs, was incredibly attentive and responsive. He provided a quick rundown of local restaurants that he recommended, which was a delightful touch. Gibbs, thank you for being such a hospitable host. Great vacation!

We all had an amazing stay! The house was very well kept and clean. Home owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. Kids ranged in age from 8-15 and all had a great time and stayed entertained. Close to the beaches. Would recommend this house.

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

We enjoyed our time at IHB. We loved the house which had plenty of activities for our large group. We took a walk to Gleason Park and enjoyed watching the turtles. The house was comfortable with plenty of rooms and baths. This is the perfect place to enjoy time with family and friends without really going anywhere.

We loved the house! Our family stayed over thanksgiving and cooked the entire meal in the well stocked kitchen. The house is spacious and beautiful and close to beach stores and restaurants. We loved the game room! Would stay here again and recommend it to others

Great house and great location!

This house had plenty of room for the 10 adults in our family. The backyard was great for hanging out and the game room in the garage saved our vacation when it rained for 2 days straight. The beds were comfortable and the towels plush! Everything we needed was there in the house. Great place and we would rent again next time in the area.

Nice Location, about a mile from the beach in a gated community with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Plenty of Space, our large family ages ranged from ages 5 to 70 and the house was large enough to comfortably accommodate us.

Family Vacation

We brought 10 adults and 2 teens. It was a great experience. Plenty of room for all of us. Everyone loved the game room and hot tub! Beach is just minutes away! We were there everyday! Host was great. Thanks again for the stay!

Great home, lots of room for family of 7! Well appointed, and location was perfect - close to everything yet quiet. Listing was right on and accurate - pics too! Owner was very responsive which we appreciated. House could use a little TLC which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars, but otherwise it was great house.

2022 Wedding

We had a family wedding in Malabar and rented the house for the week. Huge house with plenty of room for everyone. Loved being able to walk to the Mexican Restaurant from the house, maybe a 4 minute walk. Game room in the garage was great! House is close to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Overall a wonderful experience!

Top Notch Rental

What a beautiful home! It is so comfortable and decorated beautifully. The beds were so comfortable with luxurious linens and comforters. Everything you need in the kitchen is at your disposal. We enjoyed the new video game too! Great communucation and quick response by property management company if we had a question. There is nothing in this home that disappoints. We would love to stay here again.
