The house is balanced with five adult/king bedrooms and four themed bedrooms for kids. This house can hold 18+ people. MARIO ARCADE ROOM: The garage was converted into a state-of-the-art arcade room. The space is hand-painted and styled in a Mario theme from the walls to the ceiling. One wall boasts a 50-inch TV with a Nintendo switch and two gaming chairs. A bar area has six stools for relaxing. Throughout the rest of the space, there is a Dual-Pro Pop-a-Shot with sixteen game modes, an old-fashioned skeeball machine, buck-hunting, and a sixty-game retro arcade system. There also is a large refrigerator to store your drinks. The area has its own air conditioning unit and different lighting modes to create a unique and memorable atmosphere. HARRY POTTER THEATER: The large loft on the second floor is home to a movie theater with a 120-inch screen projector and Dolby surrounds sound. There are six reclining theater chairs and three smaller chairs for kids. The walls were hand-painted by a muralist who works at Universal Studios to give it an authentic look. Perfect for taking selfies and social media photos. KITCHEN: The large kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, four coffee makers (Keurig, Drip, French Press & Espresso) along with all the appliances you need for your vacation including a dishwasher. Six bar stools sit at the counter adding more sitting to enjoy your morning coffee or dining throughout the day. LAUNDRY: There is a washer and dryer, Iron, and Ironing board. LIVING ROOM: The living room is off the kitchen/dining area is on the first level. It is very large with plenty of comfortable seating. The living room has a large 60' Smart TV with a DVD player. DINING AREA: A Comfortable dining area with seating for eight. Plenty of room to put some highchairs as well. POOL TABLE: An eight-foot pool table and six additional stools to relax on or to sit and eat. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: First-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and a 55-inch smart TV. It is the only bedroom on the first floor. It also has a writing desk if you need to get some work done.∙ Bedroom 2: Second-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and a 55-inch smart TV. It is right off the Harry Potter Movie Theater. Bedroom 3: Second-floor bedroom. The room is themed Alice and Wonderland and has two double beds and a 40-inch smart TV. Bedroom 4: Second-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and a 55-inch smart TV. The bathroom is shared with bedroom 5. Bedroom 5: Second-floor bedroom with an Avengers theme. There is a twin bed and a double bed. It has a 40-inch smart TV and a PlayStation 4 with four remotes. Bedroom 6: Second-floor bedroom - The bedroom continues from the Harry Potter Theater and the room is fully themed as Harry Potter. It has a custom-built Harry Potter Train bunk bed with twin mattresses. There are two 32inch smart TVs for each bed.∙ Bedroom 7: Second-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and a 55-inch smart TV. The bathroom is shared with Bedroom 6. Bedroom 8: Second-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and a 55-inch smart TV. The bathroom is shared with Bedroom 9. Bedroom 9: Second-floor bedroom - Frozen-themed room with two twin beds and a 40-inch smart TV.-all bedrooms have dressers for your convenience. BATHROOMS: Bathroom 1: Located on the first floor in the first-floor master bedroom with an extra-large shower.∙ Bathroom 2: Located on the first floor next to the pool table. This half bath is perfect to use when swimming. Bathroom 3: Located on the second floor inside bedroom two. Bathroom 4: Located on the second floor in the hallway next to the Harry Potter Theater. There is a tub and shower.∙ Bathroom 5: Located on the second floor. This is a shared bathroom with bedroom four and bedroom five. It has a walk-in shower. Bathroom 6: Located on the second floor. This is a shared bathroom with bedroom four and bedroom five. It has a walk-in shower∙ Bathroom 7: Located on the second floor. This is a shared bathroom with bedroom eight and bedroom nine. It has a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR FEATURES ~ POOL & HOT TUB: (Heat extra upon request-$25 per day-(24-hour advance notice needed) Pool towels are available for your use. Just off the living room and pool table area is the outdoor space. This Solara Resort vacation rental feels very secluded due to freshly installed privacy glass on both sides. No rear neighbors add further privacy. The screened-in patio keeps most of the bugs out and the living area comfortable. The generous size pool has a shallow end and deep end. The pool deck is large enough for sitting and lounging around. A basketball net adds fun to the pool area. The spa is separate from the pool and gets to over 100 degrees when heated. There is plenty of seating for the whole family: three lounge chairs and four additional chairs.
