A fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, induction hob, extractor hood, two fridge-freezers, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, wine cellar, etc.), and a pantry.

On the first level, a first air-conditioned double bedroom with a bed (160200cm) with television, en-suite bathroom with toilet, and beautiful views of the hills and the sea. A second air-conditioned double bedroom with a bed (140190cm). A third air-conditioned bedroom with two twin beds (90*200cm), an en-suite bathroom with toilet, and a private terrace with sea view.
