La Villa Des Plages is a beautiful villa designed for a stay at any time of the year and/or the organization of team building on a human scale (maximum 14 people).

On your arrival, you will be welcomed and we will be able to assist you during your stay in Les Sables d'Olonne (restaurant reservations, leisure activities, at-home massages, etc.)

La Villa Des Plages will offer you the following services on its 285m² of living space:

On the ground floor:
- A pleasant living room with an open fireplace, as well as seating for all guests.
- A dining room with access to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen (induction, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cellar, etc.)
- A bedroom with its private bathroom (2 guests - queen size)
- A separate toilet
- A patio with private jacuzzi (included in the price from the beginning of May to mid-October, extra in winter).
- A garage
- A laundry room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer
Upstairs:
- 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, for 8 guests (3 of the 4 bedrooms have beds that can be separated into single beds)
- A separate toilet
- A TV room
- A play area for children.

The bay windows illuminate the living space allowing a view of the garden.
Outside, you access the travertine terrace giving access to the private and heated infinity pool (from the beginning of May to mid-October) of 32m² (8x4), its garden, and an outbuilding at the back of the plot.

This dependency will give you access to:
- A games and seminar area
- A bedroom with its private bathroom and toilet, i.e. 2 guests

In addition, a T2 accommodation on the ground floor will allow you to complete this villa. This is made up of a living room with open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and its own bathroom, a separate toilet, for 2 guests.

This makes it the ideal place to enjoy a lovely stay in Les Sables d’Olonne.

La Villa Des Plages is located by car 1 minute from the town center of the Olonne district (shops), 3 minutes from the Super U + Drive, 11 minutes from the beaches, 3 minutes from the Golf des Olonnes, 3 minutes from the Olonne station on sea.

Security deposit?
A deposit via credit card imprint is requested before arrival, and canceled 14 days after departure if no damage is noted. No debit for the imprint or reaching your credit card limit. Safely by a professional.

Arriving time ?
Between 5 and 9 p.m. Possibility beyond 00:00 for a supplement of €50 to be paid to the concierge.

Departure time ?
Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Possibility of departure between 6 and 8 a.m. for a supplement of €50 to be paid to the concierge.

Schedules may be adapted during off-peak periods and by agreement with the concierge.

Sheets & towels included? For your comfort, the beds are made before your arrival and towels provided.
Please note: from mid-November to mid-March, sheets and towels are optional for any stay of 2 nights or less. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need further information on this subject.

Accepted animals ? Unfortunately we no longer accept animals.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes, we must include it to ensure the cleanliness of the premises.

No smoking in the accommodation as well as around the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Food and drinks are prohibited in the wellness areas.
Be respectful of neighbors, please. Guests are asked not to make outside noise after 11:00 p.m.
