Living room with gas fireplace, reclining sofa & loveseat, and TV with Roku. Ample backyard space for grilling and games. Relax and watch the wildlife meander on the air-conditioned sun porch. One quarter-mile entry lane is great for morning and evening walks and biking on the property.
Guest Access House is located on acreage with free parking on site. Transportation around the area is by private vehicle. Parking is easy in surrounding towns.
Other Things to Note Large grill with infrared, rotisserie, and in-line gas hook-up on the premises. Designated wooded path with picnic tables to the fishing pond. No limit on the number of fish caught. Bring your own fishing poles. Swimming is not recommended. Use of fishing pond is at your own risk and the owner is not responsible for guest use or misuse of the pond. Thanks!
