Studio of 24 m² on the 2nd and last floor of the Residence. Balcony overlooking the salt pans. Entrance with storage; Living room with TV and kitchenette (electric hob, microwave, refrigerator top, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster); 2 beds 140 cm: 1 BZ in the living room and 1 click-clack in a half alcove;
Bathroom; separate toilet.
Balcony of 5m² with garden furniture and 2 deckchairs. 4 people maximum. Animal accepted with supplement (25 €). Numbered parking space.
Arrival: 16h-18h Please inform in case of late arrival.
Deposit: 300 € (To be paid on site )
Charges: electricity included from mid-May to mid-October/ surcharge on meter reading outside this period.
