Located in the secure residence of Mont Vernon, a few steps from the beach of Orient Bay and close to shops, this spacious upstairs studio offers you all the necessary comfort for a pleasant holiday. In addition to that, it offers a magnificent view of Orient Bay and the sea.

The studio includes a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, a toilet and a washing machine. The beautiful living room includes a sleeping area with a king size bed (200x200) and a dressing room, as well as a living room. You can also enjoy a large terrace where you can relax and admire the view.

Among the equipment, you will have access to high-speed Internet via fiber optics, a smart TV, air conditioning and roller shutters for your comfort. In addition, you can enjoy the huge shared swimming pool with three pools of the residence, which is located in front of the beach (open all year from 8am to 6pm).
You also have access to the non-nominative car park of the residence to park your rental vehicle.

Please note that you are arriving on a small island where the infrastructure may be different from that of a mainland. There may be occasional interruptions in the water and electricity networks, but the distribution companies always do their best to restore these problems quickly. We would like to point out that the water distributed comes from a desalination plant which requires electricity to operate, and we cannot be held responsible for this.
