It retains the charm of the old with its original moldings, and also benefits from excellent soundproofing.
It is located on the 4ᵉ floor with elevator and comprises:
- a living area with a sleeping area equipped with a double bed;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen ;
- and a shower room.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and charm.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: fridge, WiFi, TV, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fan, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located in a lively neighborhood, on a quiet street close to the Edgard-Quinet, Montparnasse-Bienvenue and Gaieté metro stations. You'll find a wide choice of restaurants, cinemas and theaters nearby. What's more, there's a square just below the building.

## Emplacement
The 14th arrondissement is a large residential area, but includes some of Paris' most famous attractions. The 14tht is the montparnasse tower, the station and the Montparnasse cemetery. The Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, the Rue Daguerre, its cafés and small shops will remind you of Rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement. There is also the Cité Universitaire, the Porte d'Orléans district and Parc Montsouris.
