This is the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation on Amelia Island. From the incredible sunrises to the exquisite sunsets that Amelia Island offers, you will agree that this is vacationing at its best. You will look forward to future family or group gatherings in this environment. Relax and enjoy the unencumbered views of the ocean from your own balcony! This second-floor ocean view unit is located on a breezeway with windows facing three directions and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
 
The Beach Walker complex is a sought-after area on the Omni grounds, and this villa is located in the "up front" buildings with the best views and is closest to beach access. With this rental, guests enjoy access to the spacious, newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool that is just a short walk away. This pool offers a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.

While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, or restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15-minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.

Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to only club members and their guests.

All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

Nicely updated condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo even though we had the unfortunate luck of staying there during a tropical storm! It’s been nicely updated. Also, the beds are comfortable which isn’t always the case in STR’s. Only negative is there is no dining room table for family dinners/board games etc but on the flip side you get a much larger kitchen than is typical in these condos. I just wanted to mention It in case that’s important to you. We would stay at this condo again!

Great Girl’s Trip!

What a great property for four ladies. Each were able to have their own room! The resort is great with enough restaurants to not even leave the property. For sure get a golf cart! We did venture out to the great downtown area but if you didn’t want to you would be just fine! Second time staying within the resort and would definitely come back

Although the place could use a few updates, we found it overall to be a pleasant stay. Especially liked the layout of the kitchen, bedrooms were a good size, and my granddaughter especially liked Sven in the closet. Parking space provided was a little tight for a van, but location of space was very conveniently close to elevator. Pool was nice and boardwalk to beach was convenient.

Poor experience with the rental agency

Three weeks after returning from our trip to Amelia Island Plantation for Thanksgiving with our adult children, I received an email from Amelia Island Vacations, the property rental agency. They charged my Visa card without my consent for 285.00 for the repair of a louvered bi-fold door that they accused us of breaking. I called the property rental agency immediately and told them that we did not break the door and that it was coming unglued and falling apart when we got there. After four attempts by me to have them reverse the charge they refused and said that “Per our policy, the replacement charge will not be refunded”. I have reviewed their rental policy and nowhere in the agreement does it say that if you don’t report something as broken during your stay you will be billed for the repair. Also, the air conditioning in the bottom two bedrooms and bathrooms is not adequate. They do have floor fans in the rooms but we were hot even in November.

Nice location

The location was our favorite part. I think the owners should put the furniture back how it was in the pictures online, and clean or replace the couches in living room. We had some issues during our stay of 4 nights, but the property management company was easy to speak to and went out of their way to help us when needed. Pool and beach were both easily accessible and beautiful.

Four Star details

Positive- Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. One parking space under cover, next to elevator, with luggage cart. Large capacity washer and dryer. Beach chairs in storage closet. Nice, big pool. Fully outfitted kitchen (once you find the hidden drawers…). Negative - no beach view, long walk to beach, no dining table (just island with 4 chairs and 2 stools). Ants coming from unattached back splash (but property management came and sprayed with natural lemon spray that took care of ants). Limited extra parking beyond the one reserved space but we made it work. Overall what we wanted for a large family reunion with beach and pool access.

Beautiful island. Resort very well maintained-although our condo could be a little cleaner. Windows had a disappointing view because they were in need of cleaning. Furniture extremely uncomfortable; beds very comfortable. No beach umbrella-even though it was advertised as having one.

Perfect Girls Weekend

Location of the condo was perfect. We had a beautiful view overlooking foliage and the ocean behind. Those who were early risers enjoyed watching the sun rise from the porch. It was just a short walk to the pool with the beach just beyond it. The condo was lovely with a clean, Scandinavian decor and the beds comfy. Only complaint was that the sofas in the living room were uncomfortable, but we spent most of our time outside at the pool and the beach. It was just a 15 minute drive to downtown Fernandina Beach. Parking was tricky….we had a hard time finding the designated parking spot for the unit, but a resident was kind enough to direct us to the garage area where we found the spot. There was construction going on in the parking area which limited guest parking for our second vehicle. Overall, it was a wonderful place and we would definitely return.

We so enjoyed our stay! Check in was easy and so was check out! The property was clean and perfect for our two LOs (5&2). We loved having the fully stocked kitchen to make meals at home but also really enjoyed the restaurants nearby. Beach access and pool were so so close which was amazing for naps! We stayed here with eight adults and had a fantastic time! The condo has a cool modern vibe and a great location! The walk on the boardwalk to the beach is beautiful. There are multiple steps if that’s an issue for you as this is a townhouse layout, but was nice for sound if others stayed up while some went to bed. I will totally book again as soon as I can go back!!

Great Stay!

I was hesitant at first when I booked this bec the pictures were different. I was happy to see they renovated the rooms. I stayed here with my parents, my husband and our kids (29,26,21,11), my 3 yr old granddaughter and my best friend. Everyone loved this place. We vacation very frequently 6-8 times per year. We loved the layout of the house. With the bedrooms on different levels, it provided separation. Even though we were a big group, we could retreat to our own rooms for space. The kitchen was well equipped. Linens and bath/beach towels provided. The unit is very close to the pool and walkway to the beach. I just loved the natural beauty. We all want to come back and stay a full week instead of the 4 days we stayed. Highly recommend this place!

A Perfect Choice

We had a delightful stay in this unit! Clean, modern, excellent location. . .We absolutely would rent this unit again. This experience was truly like staying in a good friend's home. It was well stocked with linens, kitchen appliances were clean and modern, quality knives/utensils/dishes/cookware, spices for cooking, toys, multiple TVs, beach towels, beach chairs, games. We were respectful of all and made sure everything was as we found it. There are even live plants in the unit. There could be some who would not like the fact that there were multiple levels/stairs in this unit, but we were 2-75 and did just fine. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Awesome location and property!

First of all, let me start by saying the villa has been completely updated/renovated since pictures were taken. Honestly, I was afraid of what I would find when I arrived (based on pictures) and was pleasantly surprised to see that the villa, in particular the bedrooms, looks nothing like the pictures. It’s clean, white, and bright. We had 2 adults and 6 kids (17, 17, 15, 15, 12, 12) and we all had plenty of sleeping space. The location is awesome, walking distance to beach and a few shops/restaurants. Fun biking and walking trails as well as a putt putt not far away. We felt safe in letting our 2 12 year olds bike around alone during day. The beach was nice and not crowded. A very quiet, beautiful area. Communication with property manager was awesome and quick. Would highly recommend and hope to return again soon.
