This pristine, impeccably furnished lake house sits on a large waterfront lot with its own private beach, a 50 foot floating dock for your boat, and includes the use of 2 kayaks and a canoe. This property is beckoning you to stay. Featuring an expansive covered stone patio overlooking the water, with a modern gas lit fire pit and plenty of comfortable seating. A quaint breakfast patio and garden is located just outside the first floor bedroom and is the perfect spot for drinking your morning coffee and reading in solitude. The interior of this home, boasts a large chef's kitchen with floor to ceiling lake views, that steps up to an inviting living room, where antique windows frame the view and let in lot's of natural light. From the master suite you'll have a private bathroom with plenty of room for two. Wake up to a scenic lake view and fall asleep to the lulling sound of water lapping against the shore. Every detail of this home has been meticulously planned for comfort and relaxation, we're sure you won't want to leave this home away from home!

AMAZING Getaway
This was truly our best vacation rental, and most enjoyable by far. This beautiful home is nestled in the corner of the cove on Coventry Lake. We were blown away by the beauty of the entire property. The house was immaculate and the cleanliness was second to none. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need to cook a five course meal! It was neatly organized and labeled. Washing dishes was even enjoyable, with the sink at a beautiful bay window looking out onto the patio which had unique plants and flowers. The host thrives on detail, making the home inviting, placing various big and small labeled plants and cacti around the house on windowsills, dressers, and counters, which would brighten my day as I made my way through the house. This was the perfect location too. If you are boaters, this is the place to be! We brought our boat and were easily able to tie it up on the dock. The host was sweet enough to answer all types of questions related to depth, rocks etc. My family took advantage of the kayaks that were provided as well. My son loved going in the kayak to catch a variety of fish! The true gem of this vacation destination was the patio. The weather did not cooperate on several days, however, we were still able to enjoy the patio playing family games the host provides for her guests. At night we always congregated there as well, enjoying the ambiance of the firepit and lights. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

UCONN graduation
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Coventry Lake. The house was impeccable and everything was very well organized. The back patio is the golden jewel of this rental. Such a serene setting with an amazing view of the lake. The fire table and comfortable seating made it our favorite place to all gather. One other thing we loved was all the gorgeous plants that were located throughout the house.

Absolutely Perfect!
My partner, my sister, my niece and nephews and I stayed at this beautiful home while in the area for my daughter's wedding. This home is immaculate, and luxuriously built and appointed. The layout feels open and is great for small to moderately sized groups. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and there are adequate markets nearby. We used the kayaks and found the lake to be very accessible and lovely to explore. Huge bonuses are both an indoor vent free gas fireplace and an outdoor gas fire element which makes for true three season outdoor comfort, and an extra-deep bathtub perfect for a long soak. The owner of the property was very, very helpful and friendly and even left us a gift of champagne to celebrate my daughter's marriage. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

This was by far one of the best experiences that I have had with vrbo. This house is amazing in itself with the views, location, eclectic style, chef's kitchen and all the amazing houseplants. We just left this vacation home and wish we had booked a longer stay! The home was pristine when we arrived and the pictures do not do the home justice. I wonder if Tammy has a side-gig as an interior decorator because the place was so well appointed. Every possible need was anticipated and addressed, even those we would have never thought of. We had nothing to worry about while we were there. Tammy was communicative and helpful. She even left a float and bubbles for our three year old. Just a stellar home with a stellar host!

Beautiful location for our production shoot
We were thrilled to find this beautiful location to film our video series about kitchen tips. The aesthetic of the kitchen, the space, location and accommodating owners all combined to make our production a great experience. We are grateful Tammy and Nelson made it possible for us to film in their kitchen with a crew of 8 and they couldn’t have been more helpful anytime we had a question. The indoor and outdoor spaces were immaculate and stunning all around and very comfortable!

I'm a nut for lighting and yours was just perfect. It is obvious you are a designer...shows in all the details. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we could possibly want, and more. The Coventry Lake experience
This Coventry Lake house was a perfect vacation home for our weekend event. Our son is currently a freshman and plays hockey for The UCONN Huskies. He was playing in his first NCAA playoff game and we wanted a memorable space to relax. This rental was pristine with beautiful lake views. The house was immaculate and offered state-of-the art amenities including two gas fireplaces which were perfect during our early March stay. Tammy was attentive and addressed all our needs. The coffee bar setup was impressive! We would love to return in the future and strongly recommend this property for future travelers.

My family came into town to celebrate the life of a close family member. Tammy's house was like medicine for our grieving hearts. The house is very comfortable and clean. The interior design is chic, happy, and relaxing. Tammy checked in with us in case we had any questions, she was readily available. Beds were comfortable, even for me with my bad back. I highly recommend this home. We couldn't have been any happier with how it all turned out.

Lake oasis!
Our family had the most wonderful time at Tammy's lake house. Not surprisingly the best part of the house...the lake! The view from the back is beautiful. Our whole family had such a fun time on the water. You will most likely see geese around the property but it didn't bother us. Just keep your eyes out for poop! The house was beautiful, newly renovated and fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. Beds were also very comfortable. Finally, Tammy was incredibly responsive. My kids wanted to play basketball at the park next door and Tammy kindly brought one over that afternoon! There's also lots of stuff to do close by. Adventure Park ropes course, UConn dairy bar and less than twenty minutes away is one of the best deli's on the east coast, Rein's. We would 110% come back for a stay! Five stars!!

Amazing home!!
Our family - w/ a 2-year-old had a great week. Tammy was absolutely amazing! The home was gorgeous as well as the property grounds. I truly cant say enough positive things! The house is appointed very well, bring your food and clothes, the rest is there! During the week we had a few questions and Tammy was super responsive. The lake had algae bloom so we were not able to swim, Tammy took it upon herself to find a local store with pools and have a few options set aside so we could pick our choice. We will definitely be coming back!!

Wonderful lake house experience (as advertised)!
We really enjoyed our long weekend at this lovely lake house! The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished, with an amazing back patio and a spectacular view across the water. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking (NB: bring your own life vests), reading by the fire pit, and lounging on the dock--and the families of ducklings and goslings were an adorable bonus. We lucked into gorgeous weather for most of the weekend, but even the day it was misty and gray felt like a real vacation, thanks to the beautiful space and surroundings. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

My Great Grandparents on both sides Moved to Coventry to raise their families. I lived here myself for many years as a youth. I enjoyed countless days on the lake fishing, swimming & ice skating, etc. I lived on the East coast and the West, only to return years later to this great town of Coventry so my family and I can now enjoy making memories at the Lake House.

I fell in love with this property the moment I saw it. Through many months of hard work It was finally ready to enjoy with friends & family. When my family is unable to be at my home to enjoy all its beauty, we've opened it up to share with you and yours, so you too can build memories that are lasting .

What makes this property unique

I take great pride in the cleanliness of this home. I am on site at the time of cleaning. Every bit of this home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Each Comforter is washed/ dried on the hottest setting for every guest, as well as decorative pillows & slip covered furniture. All sheets and towels are bleached. All the floors are washed (including outdoor covered patio tile) with disinfectant/hottest water. All knobs, remotes, inside dressers, table tops, wall switches, drawer pulls, railing, lamp switches, are also cleaned with antibacterial cleaner. Every kitchen cabinet and drawer is thoroughly inspected for cleanliness. My cleaning standards have always been the highest possible and will remain so. Rest assured, you can relax & enjoy every moment carefree!!!
