The large holiday home is suitable for families, trade fair visitors and on-site assembly personnel. It is located in Manfort which is a part of the town of Leverkusen near Cologne. Having 5 bedrooms and a dining / living area, it is suitable for 16 persons.

The accommodation:

This modern semi-detached house enjoys a spacious and open-plan living accommodation which delights with its clean and modern furnishings throughout:
The ground floor comprises a friendly, light and modern open plan living room with an adjacent dining area and kitchen. The living area is furnished with modern furnishings and has an LCD-TV with satellite receiver boasting over 200 channels. There is access to a sunny and private garden area from the living room through large patio doors.
The kitchen boasts all necessary amenities from ceramic cooktop, oven, dish washer, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine to crockery, cutlery to many cooking tools. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Furthermore, there is a small toilet with wash basin on this floor.
From the open-plan living area, there are comfortable stairs to the first floor with 5 spacious bedrooms and a sunny and modern bathroom. The bathroom has 2 sinks, a bath and a separate shower unit as well as towel heaters. There are also 2 separate toilets with wash basins on this floor.
There are roller shutters throughout the whole house - most of them automatic. There is good WiFi connection in all rooms.

The surrounding area:

The house is located in the town of Leverkusen approximately 3 km from the city center. There are plenty of shops and restaurants located within walking distance of the property.

Public transport / motorway access:

The local train station with connections to Cologne city center and Cologne Exhibition Center is only 80 meters away. Access to the motorway A3 / A1 can be reached in about 3 minutes from the property giving easy access to the Cologne Exhibition Center or Cologne city center in about 10 minutes.


During your stay:

the large holiday home is suitable for families, trade fair visitors and fitters. It is located in the district of Manfort near the center (3 km away). BAUHAUS, METRO, ALDI and DM are within walking distance.

Furnishing:
With 4/5 bedrooms and dining / living area, it is suitable for up to 14 people. There are 2x bathrooms, 3x toilets and a kitchen in the living area with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. From coffee machines to cutlery, almost everything you need is in the kitchen. In the entire holiday home we offer WiFi and in the living area there is an LCD TV with approx. 200 channels. All windows are equipped with automatic roller shutters. We have also provided a washing machine, iron and ironing board for you.

connection:
The A3 / A1 motorway connection can be reached within 3 minutes. The S and regional train connection to Cologne center or Cologne fair are only 80 meters away from the house. Via the motorway you can reach Köln-Messe in about 8 minutes and Cologne center.
