Brimming with all the luxury finishes, it's thoughtfully designed with shou sugi ban siding and features many modern upgrades and details to enhance your stay. This hidden retreat has been totally renovated to truly give guests the indoor/outdoor experience that only California can offer. This front unit duplex w/ private entry is the perfect retreat from a day exploring Venice.

This welcoming space is designed for both relaxation and productivity. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, making meal preparation effortless. The disappearing patio door invites the refreshing California breeze and fills the living room with natural light, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. For added privacy, blackout curtains have been installed in the living room.

The covered patio, overlooking a private yard, is perfect for al fresco dining, morning coffees, or simply basking in the sunshine. This setup is ideal for extended vacations or a comfortable remote work environment.

Centrally located, you're just a stone's throw from the trendy Abbot Kinney, known for its unique boutiques, art galleries, and diverse culinary offerings. Additionally, the world-famous Venice Beach is within reach for those seeking sun, surf, and eclectic beachfront culture.

After a day of exploring the vibrant surroundings, retreat to the bedroom featuring a plush queen-size bed adorned with luxurious linens for a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a new Essential Tuft & Needle Original Queen-Size Mattress as of May 2024. Please note, the driveway is shared with the backhouse and tenants use the driveway to access their front door.

Our suggestion is to delve into the vibrant restaurant scene along Abbot Kinney, Rose Ave, Main/Pacific, and the boardwalk. The dining revival is in full swing, and the shopping, especially on Abbot Kinney, has consistently been top-notch.

For a true glimpse into the community's energy, don't miss strolling along Abbot Kinney, particularly on weekends. If you're up for a cycling adventure, head north along the path to Malibu or discover a hidden route through Marina Del Rey, guiding you on a scenic bike path all the way to Redondo.

If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well. Venice Beach is also a very walkable and bike friendly community.

Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

New on a quiet street with plenty of modern conveniences

We loved our stay here! Excited to come back. We really enjoyed the extra comfy bed, shower water pressure, and overall "newness" of the place. Even includes a gated parking spot. It's a shared lot with another house right behind it but there is still a lot of privacy and quiet.
