Beautiful 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath Townhome
Brand new beautiful townhome based in Sunnyside Houston. The location is 15 minutes from downtown Houston and 10 minutes from main attractions such as the museum district, midtown, downtown, and the heights area. Building is brand new and was built in 2021. WiFi, smart TV, and two parking spaces included. There are exterior cameras (located on all four sides) on the property for safety and security reasons. For longer stays, there is a potential for the cleaning fee to be adjusted based on final inspection.
