This beautiful and spacious chalet is perfect for family reunions and large group getaways. Intended for family and friends to spend quality time together and make wonderful memories.

Enter ground level into spacious beautiful game room. Game room features 2 large flat screen TV's, family room area to sit, wet bar with 8 stools, full size shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong table and foosball! It has also 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom plus laundry facility. Outdoor games include corn hole toss and ladder ball. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and flat screen TV's.

Main floor has a Great room with large screen TV and gas fireplace. Kitchen is fully stocked for large groups with seating for 16 people in addition to island seating. Large pantry and wine cooler/fridge. Owner suite on Main floor has a king size bed, private bath with jetted tub and private outside balcony. There is a large four season room for additional space to enjoy board/card games. This room includes a day bed, TV and fireplace. Walk out to a very large deck with a Weber grill and Blackstone grill overlooking 10 acres of Hickory Run State Park.

The upper level offers 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom one has 2 sets of bunk beds- twin over full, TV as well as a private bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen size bed with tv, and bedroom three has a king size bed with TV. Full bathroom with tub in hallway. Futon in loft area.

All beds have quilts and pillows. Bed linens and towels are provided.

Brand new hot tub.

Pool open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

Excellent Stay

The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everyone had a wonderful time as there is so much to do in the home. I would highly recommend this home for anyone planning a trip in the Poconos.

We traveled from New Jersey and South Carolina. Our stay was fantastic. House was a perfect location and size. Eric our host was absolutely fabulous. Everything I needed he responded to and then some. What a treat when we found the house decorated for Christmas. We will certainly return to this place.

Great family stay

Overall, the space is clean and large to accommodate a big family. The beds were comfortable and Eric was responsive to our questions. Something to be mindful when booking this place, there is a no fire-pit rule for now. The bed sheets and pillow covers were not already made so we had to make the bed ourselves. Clean bed sheets were there to use and towels. There were no shampoos or body soap to use. We did not know this so we had to go buy. There is a dollar store really close that had everything. Also, we needed to bring our own toilet papers and paper goods. Otherwise, lots of entertainment, games, large tvs. The children really enjoyed the house as they could run around and play. The large dining table was great for a big family to all sit together. The fireplace was so nice. Recommend this place!

I stayed in the house with my kids, dad, my sisters and their families. We all loved it and would love to go back!! Eric was very easy to reach and the house is so beautifully decorated and very comfortable!

Guys/Eagles Weekend

We’ve been to this house multiple times and it’s the only one we look to rent. The house is huge and is so spacious for all of us. The basement with all the activities is awesome. The shuffleboard is great and we spent almost every minute down there playing different games. The house is super clean - whenever we look to head up the mountains again, this is the house we’ll choose.

Great weekend

Had a great weekend stay here with a group of 14 girls. The house was super clean and had a lot of open space to accommodate our big group. All check-in and out procedures were clearly explained and simple. We took a shuttle that picked us up at the property and brought us to some local wineries. The property is pretty far back in the community which is nice for some privacy but does add some time traveling from the main roads and attractions.

Beautiful spacious home!

We stayed here as a group and enjoyed all the house had to offer. The game room was tons of fun, the dining space had plenty of room for everyone to eat together and lots of space in the entire house. We also loved the hot tub and the large deck area. Check in was very easy. Would definitely recommend any groups to stay here!

Amazing stay for a family getaway

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures! Everything was clean and perfectly decorated, very cozy with so many activities in the house. We loved every part of this house, but our favorite had to be the playroom (the basement). It’s a perfect house for all ages.

Great Family Vacation

Love the house. Game room was a big hit with everyone. Hoy tub came in second. We all have a wonderful time and would rent it again. Plenty of space for our three families. The porch is great to watch wildlife. Deer and bears. Things youu should know: The community is nice, but the small lake and pool were not so friendly. Also, the paper wrist bands were stupid only 8 per house but one you put one on its not reuseable. No help at the community rec office as to how to do it. The other thing is there is no trash pickup so you must bring it to the community trash not a big deal except the hours are not the same every day.

This was a great house for a bachelor party, plenty of space for everyone, and lots of games and things to do without even having to leave. Highly reccomend this house.

Excellent Stay Lots of Privacy!!!

Our stay was fantastic!! The house was plenty big for all of us (5 couples and a few solo). The downstairs game room was filled with all kinds of activities that kept us busy for hours. The upstairs kitchen and living room were big enough for all of us to lounge, and all the bedrooms were very spacious and clean. The hot tub was great too. Eric was very easy to communicate with, we hope to be back here again!

Met my elementary school friends and their children to ski and relax. This house was perfect. We enjoyed everything. Loved the big kitchen table to eat with all and to reminisce of when we were younger. Kids loved all the games.

Christmas Vacation

This property did not disappoint. There was something for all ages. The house's location allowed us to hike, tube, and ski without driving an excessively long distance. We had a wonderful, memorable stay.

Big house big fun

What a great property. When we vacation we enjoy being off the beaten path. This property truly delivers. My wife and I have a 10yo son who had a blast playing with all of the games. Our favorite was the shuffle board table top. So comfortable and relaxing. We are hoping to book this property again in the summer. So pleased. I’d recommend adding a QR code with trash drop off location (directions are a little confusing for this WV boy). Overall very pleased.

Great Thanksgiving holiday!

This spacious house was clean and well appointed. We loved having beds and baths on all 3 floors, and the basement game room was a big hit with the kids. Instructions for everything were very clear and Eric was very accommodating and great about responding. There were lots of nice touches like the coffee bar, a fresh dish sponge with dish liquid and dishwasher tabs, boxes of tissues scattered throughout the house, hand soap at all the sinks, etc. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and had matching dinnerware and glassware to set the table for 15 of us. Overall definitely recommend this property!
