ABOUT THE HOME: Immerse yourself in "Tranquil Tides". Drift away from it all in this beautiful 5-bedroom 5.5 bath coastal home in the gated community of Treetop of Seacrest Beach. This bright and airy, open concept home will keep you connected while you prepare a meal or watch your favorite team. With its large kitchen island and comfy seating nearby, you won't miss any of the action. But if you do want to get away from action, head on out to one of the balconies and just relax.

*** Attention: Due to the HOA rules and restrictions in this neighborhood, there will be an additional $250 fee to cover violations you may incur during your stay. If you do not incur any violations, your fee will be refunded within 30 days of your departure date.

ABOUT THE AREA: Conveniently located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, it's the perfect blend of privacy while still near all that 30A has to offer. As guests, you'll have access to the private Seacrest Beach and use of the free tram service that runs from 9am to 6pm, March through October. In addition to the beach and pool, there are lots of outdoor activities to enjoy as well. A bike path (Timpoochee Trail) runs the length of 30A. Check out all the neighboring towns, coastal dune lakes and state parks along the way. You won't be disappointed.

• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.

Great home!

Family Vacation
The house was spacious, clean and bright. We had nine adults with plenty space. The kitchen was a nice large gathering space with everything you need for cooking meals. The beach is about half a mile away— a nice walk or a free tram ride. The beach was very crowded. Loved our stay at Tranquil Tides.

Love this house and quiet area.
Returning guest. 7th year with 30a beach girls. They are exceptional hosts. House is perfect and very private area. Except for a nosey neighbor who likes to "police" we had a great time. Just a couple Canadians that love walking the beach this time of year and enjoying dining without crowds. Home was spotless and well maintained. Bikes were enjoyed. See you next January.

💕 This Place, beach service and all.
💕 This Place. Great home and quiet location. Met family to celebrate our cousins Rosemary wedding. The kitchen and house had everything we needed. The house and beach area were perfect. It was spotless (and I am picky). Walked everywhere everything is so close. Beds were so comfortable. Service was top level. Groceries delivered and a free bonfire. When our uber didn't show the owner of the company Hollie drove us to the airport. Top level service! We will return!

Dream stay!
Our family came together to celebrate a long awaited post covd reunion and we could not have picked a better spot to gather together than at 30a beach girls home. The property is amazing with everything we needed for a family ranging from 3 years to 72 years old. The house was spotless, comfortable and well stoked, it worked great for us and the swimming pool being so close was in constant use. Excellent all round. We will return! Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Looking forward to fall break here!
We really enjoyed this property it is luxurious and has great access to 30a without feeling crowded. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The amenities were perfect. We loved the front door space in the morning it felt like another room in the house sipping coffee and chatting. We loved the fact that there was parking on site sometimes beach town parking is atrocious, we always hating paring in Rosemary. Restaurants and beach is walkable. Hollie and Joy were always eager to give us ideas and recommendations. Highly recommend this property you wont be disappointed.

A very perfect family vacation!!
A perfect family vacation! This home is the perfect place to create family memories that will last a lifetime. A beautiful spacious and well equipped home for people of all ages. My husband and I took our kids and grandkids here for a week long vacation and I honestly could not have asked for anything more. It's a beautiful location close to everywhere you want to be but away from the crowds. I especially enjoyed the large pool steps from the house, it could have better upkeep each time we went we had to pick up others peoples trash, but we had the pool to ourselves most times so Im not too upset over it. I had occasion to communicate with the Hollie the owner of the hosting company both before and during our stay. She was very quick to respond to my inquiries and her responses were always very friendly and kind. She gave us lots of ideas and loaned us extra bikes, baby equipment and even an electric bike. A beautiful large home, comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a wonderful wonderful place in a quiet chill neighborhood. Hollies company throws a bonfire a few nights a week and invites all the guests to attend. We went to two and had a great time, met others and the kids all made quick friends. What more could you ask for. There were 12 of us ranging in age from 4 weeks to 68 years old and we created memories that will last us a lifetime. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tranquil Tides. Minor cleaning issues, one tv not working.
This is a beautiful property. We met the next door neighbors who were really nice. We had minor cleaning things that we addressed ourselves (e.g., candy on sofa, blood stain on mattress pad in bedroom on 2nd floor across from laundry) and one of the bedroom tvs (3rd floor bunk bedroom) did not work and the maintenance person did not call to come out and fix it but that didn't stop us from enjoying the other open space tvs.

Love this house!
This is our second year staying at this house! Plenty of beds for our big family. We love that it's across the street from the pool - so convenient. We occasionally bike/walk to the Seacrest beach access but for us it's easier to drive to a nearby public beach access point. Overall love this house, would stay again!

Our 30a stay, great location, management and amenities
The house is huge with plenty of beds and immaculately clean. The location was AMAZING! A short and easy walk to Seacrest private beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores, we had more than 6 people so we didn't use the cart that much but enjoyed it when we did. 4 of us snuck off to watch a game at Red Bar and the cart was easy to park, there was no parking available for cars. The entire neighborhood is gated so it was very nice for families with young kids, plus we felt very safe. Trash day brings out the neighborhood mascot, a young black bear. Probably 60 pounds, not big but the kids thought it was fun watching him run about. The property is stocked with many bikes, 30a beach girls (worked with Kellie, Hollie, Megan) arranged for paddle boards and boogie boards BONUS, hours of fun! Large kitchen incredibly stocked that was the center of our lives and entertained everyone for hours on end! 30a beach girls communicate frequently and provides an app that has simple to the point instructions making check in and out super easy. The only negative would be a rude neighbor. We hired a chef one evening and he parked out front to unload, a neighbor down the street walked over to tell him he couldn't park there....ok Karen he's obviously unloading groceries and cooking gear settle down...the next morning the neighbor left a rude note on the door about parking etiquette and that she had contacted the hoa. umm alrighty. We will be back 99% of the trip was perfect, we don't mind Karens!

LOVED our stay and would definitely book this house again!
The house is spacious and comfy. It's basically brand new and beautifully decorated. The pool is directly behind the house which is great for families with children. It's a very quiet community. A golf cart came with the house, which was exciting but very few communities allow you to actually park so it didn't help much. We enjoyed the location about 4 blocks to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and extremely close to HWY 98 as well. 30A Beach Girls (Hollie) was very friendly and responsive when we had questions. Overall, we LOVED our stay and would definitely book this house again!

Family Vacation
Overall, this house was perfect for our annual family vacation. We had a total of 8 adults, three kids and a toddler. The den on the third floor was perfect for the kids to hang out and play. The only major problem was the ice machine was not working and the welcome book was found until the last day. It was stuck in a pantry. Having the book could have saved time and less texting (which I got a response quickly). The community pool was conveniently located behind the house making it easy for the kids to enjoy when not at the beach. Days we decided to go to the beach we used a wagon to tote our chairs, umbrellas and beach toys via a 5 minute tram ride. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking utensils since we cooked all our meals. This is our second time coming to this area and we are already planning our next family trip.

Perfection

Thank you for this fabulous house. It suited our family perfectly. Small mentions you may need to address: We have knee issues and a golf cart while not guaranteed would've been helpful; Mr. Coffee pot drips badly; dishwasher performance is not the best; 2 blue bikes are inoperable, 1 has a flat & another loses a pedal; some baths don't have sufficient towels; beach access only available with chair/umbrella rentals. We brought our own beach items and not allowed to place in areas near rentals. We had to drive to public beach. Thank you!

Beautiful Home and great location!
My family of eight truly enjoyed this beautiful home. Plenty of room for all to spread out.The 30A Beach Girls we're wonderful and quick to respond to any issue we had if any. Beautiful House for a Memorable Vacation
The house was amazing. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to stay here during our first trip to 30a. One of the best vacations we have ever been on, and one of the main reasons is due to the house itself and the location, can't beat it! The house is beautiful inside and out including great amenities such as washer/dryer/flat screen TV's/grill/patio, beautiful bedrooms and the pool is 5 steps away. 30a Beach Girls helped us plan several excursions our favorite one swimming with dolphins. Im sure I drove Hollie crazy with all my emails but she answered everyone and gave us loads of ideas. 30a Beach Girls had an amazing bonfire that they invited everyone to and it was so much fun. Overall amazing trip! Would come back in a heartbeat!

The house was beautiful and very spacious for our two families. Love the large rooms and kitchen. Very clean and new house. Only suggestion on the inside would be a larger tv in the main family room where everyone seemed to gather. Way too small for the large size room and not condusive with several people trying to watch a movie or game. The beach is really a good distance away. Cannot park a golf cart or car and must park a bike on north side of 30a. In the summer there is a shuttle but nothing this time of year. It was nice the house had a wagon to use for beach items. 30a Beach Girls was great!

Last Family Summer Vacay, could not have asked for anything more!
What an amazing experience. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. The beach was a very short walk and it was breathtaking. Hollie was so helpful with beach suggestions, dinner reservations and sites too see. Looking forward to booking again soon.

Fabulous stay
Treetop community and Tranquil Tides residence is our new favorite place to stay when vacationing in our home away from home! The house exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were lovely, beds and accommodations so comfortable and well- appointed. Loved the two master suites with their own balconies too! The kitchen was magnificent for cooking and socializing. One consideration for the owners/property managers- and it's very minimal, but we felt like the house could provide dish soap, dishwasher tabs, seasonings and coffee filters. The bikes were a great addition to the property and although the listing said the house came with 6 bikes but only had 4, we made due. We loved the Treetop location with the gorgeous tall pines and being serenaded by the frogs at night! It was so peaceful. The quick .37 mile walk to the beach was so easy and the pool being so close was also a bonus too, however we spent all of our time at the beach. Would stay again in a heart beat and highly recommend this property!

First time to 30a, I'm hooked!
This is a great place to stay with a group or family! We are so lucky to of been invited with our inlaws. 30a beach girls goes above and beyond to accommodate guests! The pool is perfect for swimming especially with kids! This is a great location centralized in the heart of seacrest. It is a short drive to the beach and any venue you would want to visit. It is peaceful and offers a very comfortable atmosphere! We will be renting again!

Beautiful home with great amenities!
We had a wonderful stay at your house! You have it set up perfectly with lots of open space and beautiful decor. We felt right at home and the pool and beach were unbelievable! The bikes and golf cart were exactly what we needed. 30a beach girls are also wonderful to work with the charcuterie board upon arrival was delish!!! Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you!
