Nice layout for group, but..

6 adults, plus infant. Nice layout with space between bedrooms. Nicely furnished. Nice sheets and towels.Nice pool and grounds. Bedrooms quiet even when rooms adjacent to bedrooms used. Not cleaned to our standards‐ we spent time recleaning surfaces. Close to road where people walk by patio frequently. Internet wifi slow when 3+ people online at same time. Water damage on floor that should have been noticed and repaired before we arrived.

Great Location and Space for Family

Our family of six adults (3 generations) had a fantastic week long stay! We were able to easily explore the entire island from this location. Ground floor was great for my parents who are in their 70s. House had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and make snacks / lunches for our day trips to the beach which is a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again with a group this size versus multiple hotel rooms. Mahalo!

Lovely property in nice area

Overall the condo was clean and in nice condition. The bed was very comfortable and overall with size of rooms I had plenty of space! Location was tucked away from the action and it was quiet, which I liked. Walking distance to shops and coffee. Vacasa was very helpful when I could not find the lock box. No bugs, too.

Great stay.

Very nice condo, very clean. Noisy with traffic when sitting on the patio and people stomping upstairs. Otherwise, condo was very spacious and had all amenities we needed. Great location, nice pool area and grounds. Lots of chickens.

Fabulous stay

Beautiful property and accommodations. The only issue we ran into was when we arrived, the complex unit numbers were not well lit and were difficult to see in the dark. Thanks for an awesome stay.

It’s a very clean and comfortable place, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping centers. Beds were really comfortable, I usually have hard time sleeping on vacations, but here we felt like we’re home. Kitchen has everything you need, also beach gear that was very useful.

Wonderful stay!

This was the best vacation rental on Kauai or anywhere that I've ever experienced. Check-in was a breeze, location was perfect, & the condo was clean, comfortable & cozy. Can't wait to return!

Magnificient place

Great location, close to many beaches and great opportunity to see sea turtles. We highly recommend staying there. Be advise that some pictures show like if you are close to the pool but that is not the case. It's just a really short walk.

Great family condo

We loved our stay!!

Upon arrival there was a welcome package containing local favorites including chocolates, granola, cookies, and more! The home was super clean and spacious, a quality home with high-end appliances and nearly everything you could need. Just a note - we arrived after dark and the front door was a bit hard to find, despite a note advising us to walk around to the left. The assigned parking space is basically on the opposite side from the unit's front door, but once we figured it out, it was fine. Such a step up from some of the VRBOs we've stayed at. The pool and hot tub are great features, especially since it gets dark so early in January. They help to fill up the evening hours for both kids and adults. Loved the chickens and roosters. They reminded us of home.

Perfect Pad

What a gem of a find to rent in Kauai for our group! This place was perfect for our 3 night stay! Spacious to not step on each other. The kitchen was well equipped and large. Close enough walk or short drive to the ocean/beach and a pool on site. It was perfect!! Clean and up to date and the beds were so comfortable! Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay

We loved staying ion the South Shore -Po’ipu and Pili Mai was in the center of it all. Close to golf, beaches, shops and great restaurants. Our unit (15A) at Pili Mai had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and accessories needed. Plastic containers and ice packs were also available for packing lunches. The condo was very spacious for our party of 5. We all enjoyed having our own bathroom per bedroom. Despite being next to the entry road to the Pili Mai complex, the condo was quiet (unless you count the roosters who like to crow at every hour of the day -but they are part of the Kaua’ian charm.

Absolutely would stay again.

Wonderful. Everything we needed was there. Our kids loved the access to the pool and the ample beach accommodations. Everything was clean and well organized. Very welcoming with the kitchen island gifts and guides. Location was close to it all. Anyone should treat this as a high-level stay with world-class accommodations.

Amazing condo!

This condo is amazing! Plenty of space with double masters and a third bedroom. We loved the easy access since it was on the first floor—never had any issues with noise above or next to us. Plenty of beach toys, accessories, etc! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Not sure if this was just a temporary thing, but the pool was cold, which wasn’t a huge deal since we spent most our time at the beach anyway. Also for those wondering, there’s a path that takes you down to the beach—can’t imagine it’s more than 1/2 mile. We walked it a lot but not with all the beach stuff, which may be a little much if you have young kids in tow. I’d recommend a rental car if you plan on spending time with kids at poipu (or any other) beach!

Fantastic place for a family!

My wife and kids (aged 5, 3, and 1) stayed in five different places over three weeks in Kauai and this was our favorite. The property had multiple bedrooms which meant my wife and I had a master bedroom, the toddlers had a room, and the baby had a room. The pool was perfect with a good size toddler pool, main pool, and hot tub. The location was very convenient to Poipu Beach Park, and the kids loved the sand toys the unit came with. The location was central to the area shopping centers and restaurants. Got a great Waimea Canyon hike in driving from this spot as well. Should we return to Kauai, this will be top of our list!
