Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for our anniversary, had stayed 2 times before.Sea cabin itself was great as usual. The private pier/ private pool/ beach was anything but private. "Security " checked for parking stickers weekdays, but nothing on weekends. Code Rader messed up at pool and everyone came in.Again, room was good but amenities were a disappointment. Not a quiet/relaxing getaway like it used to be.Myrtle beach like now.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience with our 6 nights in this unit. Great ocean views and impeccably clean. Cleanliness is a key factor for me when vacationing. The beach was perfect however very crowded on the weekend. Only drawback. No umbrellas at the pool area foe shade seekers. Lounge chairs were very uncomfortable. Pool bathrooms were very poor in the cleanliness area. Please try and improve upon the pool area for this resort . 😊

Sea Island Cabins

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, clean condo steps from the beach and restaurant’s. Only issue was the South Gate access to the beach was not working with locking code, which allowed non residents to access beach. This item was reported multiple times to management but, was still not resolved when we departed!

Only issue’s we’re as follows; 1-Condo 126B did not have a GFI outlet next to the bathroom sink! 2-Southern access gate to the beach did not lock allowing anyone to access! Both items were reported to management and they said they would take care of these issues!

Beautiful and relaxing

Really enjoyed staying at this property. The only thing I would suggest changing is to have the access code for the condo as well as the pool and restrooms sent by email rather than the need to check in at the property. Otherwise would recommend this, had a great stay!

Great Staycation

We used this unit as a staycation I’ve the 4th holiday. The unit was as described and had everything we needed to cook meals. Location was perfect, tucked away from the overall noise but just a short walk to everything IOP has to offer. The fireworks were shot off right in front of the complex so we watched from our balcony! We arrived early and were told we would receive a text when the unit was ready but 4+ hours later we still hadn’t received a text even though the room had apparently been ready - this seemed to be a common issue with everyone checking in at the office around us. For our check in purposes, there really wasn’t a need to go to the office as everything could’ve been sent via text/email when the room was ready. That was really our only annoyance during our stay. If we chose a staycation again, we would look to rent the unit again.

Great location!

The location of the property is perfect! The house was clean and very well maintained. The only issue we had was with the tv. We couldn’t find the remote and when we contacted the owner, we couldn’t get a response.

Beach time

Comfortable place! Had everything we needed, a view to the beach, and balcony was nice to sit and have coffee. The queen bed was EXTRA comfortable- what mattress is it, I need to know?!!! I think we would return, but be very cautious of the season. This location is near to the public and the beach is open to everyone. The gate to the beach has a code, but if you push hard enough it opens without the code. Baseball tournaments were in full swing and families inundated the beach with tents blocking views and setting up 3 to 5 feet from your spot. We rented chairs and umbrellas, that didn’t matter they were all around us. Fortunately it wasn’t the whole time we were there, and we enjoyed our beach time.

Great long weekend getaway

My friend and I love the location of this condo. Convenient to drive downtown and also walking distance to restaurants and shops down Ocean Drive. The condo was small but very well thought out.
